🔴 New Content

⚔️ The Titan — Boss Mob (ti:the_titan)

The Titan is a fully custom boss entity with two combat phases, a unique rage mechanic, and a dedicated dungeon lair.

  • 475 HP · 90% knockback resistance · 2× scale
  • Boss bar labeled "The Titan" — darkens the sky within 120 blocks
  • Awards 60 XP on death · Drops 1 Titan Heart guaranteed

Phase 1 — Normal Mode

  • Melee: 10 damage + Wither III (3 s)
  • Movement speed: 0.30
  • Ranged: fires dangerous wither skulls (power 4) every 8 s at targets within 30 blocks

Phase 2 — Rage Mode (triggers at or below 142 HP)

  • Melee: 18 damage + Wither V (5 s)
  • Movement speed: 0.40
  • Ranged interval shortened to 6 s
  • Gains block-breaking across nearly all overworld, Nether, and End blocks
  • Gains area attack: 4 damage/tick in a 5-block radius to nearby players

Other behaviours

  • Knockback roar — 6 knockback dmg, 4-block horizontal range, 2 s cooldown
  • Leaps at targets
  • Breaks doors (12 s, Normal+ difficulty)
  • Can swim, walk on lava, breathe in any medium
  • Fire immune · Type family: titan / warden / monster
  • Resistant to Creative-mode damage (has_ability: mayfly filter)
  • Can be healed with ti:ultimate_titanium (+75 HP)
  • Camera shake for all players within 30 blocks on slam impact

💜 Titan Heart (ti:titan_heart)

  • Drops exclusively from The Titan (1 guaranteed per kill)
  • Max stack: 1 · Has enchantment glint · Does not despawn · Emits vibrations on use
  • Displayed in the nature tab under itemGroup.name.titan_misc

🟣 Titan's Lab Dungeon

An underground structure that serves as The Titan's lair.

  • titans_lab_dungeon.mcstructure placed via minecraft:structure_template_feature
  • Feature rule: underground pass · biomes tagged rare or mutated · 1-in-800 chance per chunk · Y range −14 to +14
  • Spawn script (titan_ruins_spawn.js): The Titan spawns once when a player comes within 18 blocks of a tagged armor stand (ti_ruins_center). Tracked via world dynamic property ti:titan_spawned — fires only one time per world. Armor stand is removed after spawn.

  • Fully dynamic wall — connects to all 4 cardinal directions
  • Uses minecraft:connection trait + minecraft:cardinal_connections state
  • Five custom height states track arm elevation for accurate geometry
  • All 16 connection permutations handled (isolated, single arm, straight, corner, T-junction, cross)
  • Explosion-proof · 8 s mine time · Can contain water · Piston push/pull
  • Custom geometry (geometry.wall + inventory variant geometry.wall_inventory)
  • Script wall_function.js manages connection states each tick

  • Identifier renamed: ti:titanium_stairti:titanium_stairs
  • Format version bumped to 1.26.0
  • State system fully reworked: old pa:shape / pa:south states replaced by ti:type (single / corner / turn) + vanilla minecraft:cardinal_direction + minecraft:vertical_half
  • Corner and turn variants now have distinct geometry and correct collision boxes
  • Stair logic moved to dedicated stairs.js module
  • Mining time increased: 4 s → 8 s · Tiered item_specific_speeds added for all pickaxe tiers
  • Can contain water · Grouped under itemGroup.name.titanium_blocks
