Description

Have any useless materials cluttering your chests? Well look no further! Today we have a Vanilla-esque addon that adds 6 brand new armor types that fit into progression and give unique potion effects. All the armor is fully enchantable AND trimmable, so you can get absolutely decked out in your shiny new armor.

Quick overview of the armor sets included:

  • Echo Armor: Most powerful, durability between Netherite and Diamond, protects as much as Netherite (but no armor toughness unfortunately) And gives Strength 2, Jump Boost 1, Night Vision 1, and Speed 3. This suit is crafted like normal armor but made out of Echo Shards.
  • Amethyst Armor: Durability sits imbetween Iron and Diamond, and protects the same as Iron. The full set gives Regeneration 4, Absorption 2, Fire Resistance 1, and Speed 1. Its crafted the same as the other armor, just with Amethyst Crystals.
  • Redstone Armor: Durability is also between Iron and Diamond, and also protects the same as Iron. Effects include Night Vision 1, Resistance 1, Slow Falling 1, and Speed 1. You get the point by now, its crafted using Redstone Dust.
  • Emerald Armor: Durability is between Iron and Diamond, and protects a little better than Iron. The full set gives Hero of the Village with each armor piece. Its pretty expensive costing emeralds, but the look and defence is sure to make those villagers start throwing their money at you.
  • Terracotta Armor: Durability is between Copper and Iron, and protects a little worse than Iron. Each armor piece gives Resistance 2, and requires plain terracotta blocks to craft.
  • Stone Armor: Durability is between Gold and Copper, and has high protection close to that of Diamond. Just has very low durability. Each piece of armor will give you Resistance 1, however this wont stack it.
  • Wooden Armor: Durability is between Leather and Gold, and protects as much as Leather. Really just good if you need armor fast, as it can be crafted by most common logs (Only supports the logs your most likely to spawn near, I will expand the list later)

All the armor has been textured and coded by me, although some ideas are inspired by other mods/addons. This is just my take.
