The World's Whisper [v4.0.0] — "The Elite & Mastery Update"

Welcome to Version 4.0.0! This is the most ambitious update in the history of The World's Whisper. What started as an atmospheric lore-builder has now officially evolved into a massive, game-changing RPG progression system. The world is alive, the enemies are dangerous, and your encyclopedia is waiting to be filled!

NEW: The Whisperer's Encyclopedia

You can now track every secret the world has to offer!

• The UI Menu: Right-click with a standard Stick to open the brand-new Encyclopedia UI.
• Live Tracking: Every time you break a unique block or defeat a new mob, it is permanently logged into your Encyclopedia.
• Undiscovered Secrets: Mobs and blocks you haven't encountered yet will show up as ????, giving you a massive collection goal!

NEW: Encyclopedia Masteries & Passive Buffs

Knowledge is power. Completing categories in your Encyclopedia now grants you permanent, God-tier account buffs!

• Undead Mastery: Discover all Undead mobs to permanently deal +20% damage to the Undead.
• Nether Walker: Discover all Nether blocks to unlock permanent Fire Resistance.
• Venom Guard: Discover all Arachnids to become permanently immune to Poison.
• Fortune's Favor: Master the Ore category to gain a permanent 10% chance to double your ore drops!

NEW: The Elite Nemesis Engine

The world just got much more dangerous. Vanilla mobs are no longer just cannon fodder.

• Elite Mutations: Every mob that spawns has a 5% chance to become an "Elite". You will see their title floating above their head (e.g., Savage Zombie, Terrifying Creeper, Cunning Enderman).
• Elite Powers: They actually use their titles! Terrifying mobs blind you when they hit you. Vampiric mobs heal themselves when they damage you. Cunning mobs randomly teleport behind you during combat. Mutated mobs split into clones when killed!
• Elite Loot: Defeating an Elite guarantees high-tier, uniquely named loot drops. no custom textures or particles used experimental

NEW: Lore-Bound Artifacts & Powers 

• When you mine blocks or kill mobs, they drop items with our signature random adjectives (like "Radiant Diamond" or "Savage Bone").
• Artifact Powers: Holding these items actually grants magical powers! Holding a "Radiant" item gives you Night Vision. Holding a "Savage" item gives you Strength. Holding a "Swift" item gives you Speed!

NEW: Environmental Karma. experimental

The world now fights back against greedy players.

• The Earth Groans: If you strip-mine too many stone/ore blocks rapidly, the earth will punish your greed by spawning a swarm of angry Silverfish around you.
• The Forest Weeps: If you slaughter too many innocent passive animals (like Cows or Sheep), the heavens will strike you with a warning lightning bolt!
