if you inspire to be the Divine General, this add-on adds basically just that. This add-on adds a headwear that resembles a wheel called "The Wheel of Adaptation", wearing the wheel grants the user to adapt to damage types, making them heal back the damage quickly.

The Wheel of Adaptation

The Wheel of Adaptation is worn on the helmet slot, you need to take a damage type 3 to 16 times before adapting to it which makes you heal back the damage taken from that damage type. The wheel is crafted by surrounding a nether star with gold blocks:

This add-on is also compatible with Novelty API and has a slightly different system. Wearing the wheel using the Hat Slot with Novelty API will give you the Adaptation Process but will not heal back, just like in the manga where Sukuna bears the  process of Adaptation but does not gain it's abilities.
