The Howler Official version is finally here!

New behaviors, settings, recipes,and many more has been added!
This add-on doesn't need experimental toggles
Doesn't use player.json (Which means add-ons with custom behaviors for the players are supported)
Multiplayer compatible
And ton of bug fixes!

The Howler Structures Plugin adds additional structures that lets players obtain other items in survival!

Very long spoilers ahead!

1 - You can disable those annoying blindness effects and darkness or what not in the settings.

2 - Howler can trap players and overtime howler can learn more and deadly ones

3 - It gets aggressive a lot if you get too close more often, especially the LR rate is set to (short) so it means immediate aggressiveness if a player gets close.

4 - The more the ambience sound effects play the more aggressive he is.

5 - Howler is a curious creature,you might encounter him in a cave before and was just staring waiting if you'll do something and then go away.

(Sometimes howler actually goes to you and roars aggressively,if you don't move it will walk away)

6 - Howler doesn't immediately break blocks,it adapts to break it.. An example is how much you keep placing blocks in front of him overtime it will learn to break blocks.

7 - Using shields or totems often when fighting howler will end up for the howler to grab you and force you to drop the item.

8 - If you build up and break the block beneath you Howler will then climb up either way and break the block on the top to get to you.

Same thing when digging straight down, Howler will then follow and learn to dig down and break the blocks underneath to get its way to the target.

9 - Some more skills it can learn:

- Cover (It will cover itself with its arms getting a huge defense) It will learn this if the player is hitting it too much or by using arrows.

- Howler can stomp (Pushing the enemies away)

- Howler speeds up if the player tries to run away

- Howler can detect if the wolves are targeting him or the golems,it will then call some friends of their own.

- Howler sometimes fakes its way of digging down and digging behind the target to launch an attack.

10 - Howler sometimes will dig behind the player or appear on the locations you had been before.

11 - Howler makes its Den near the players base, there's an entire process of how Howler can Detect the base/house of the players.

12 - Howler will sometimes hunt animals and mimic their voices afterwards. (If you hear or saw it mimic the voice a cow then it means it has hunted it before, the corpse should be somewhere)

13 - Howler will rarely mimic the sounds of what the player makes, for example opening doors.. Opening the door or closing it will then sometimes trigger howler to repeat the sound with a delay.

(Recommend to use headphones)

14 - Howler will sometimes destroy farms,if you're farming sometimes you'll see him sleeping on that farm or leaving footprints.

15 - A lot of the behaviors can be toggled, the idea of the add-on is to be fully (fun functional) that's why anyone can even morph as the Howler.

I guess you can say it's kinda like a Yeti or bigfoot, the idea is to be a unique supernatural legendary creature.

(Learning Rate)

Long - Very Unlikely to learn something new

Medium - It might learn something new immediately

Short - It will automatically learn something new

An example:

Basically this depends how the players interact with the Howler, like getting too close too much will only anger him and if the LR rate is set to (short) it will automatically get aggressive.. (medium or long LR rate has less chance for this to happen).

The idea is that players can still play Minecraft normally, while still maintaining the point that there's still a threat in the world..

Basically whenever I play i don't focus on the creature,i just play Minecraft regularly like nothing is there.. and nobody would know when the creature will strike, that's what gives that sense of uneasy and tension..

Being unaware.

Whenever the Howler spawns it doesn't make any sounds,so yes.. he's probably watching from the trees or somewhere.. if you look at it no sound will be played..

That's why if anyone encounters blocks being broken off or footprints that means it was there..

And for the sounds and stuff, I'll think about it lol ..

Rn I'm working on something new..

And also,at least have an iron armor or the dark Leather armor if you guys are going to attack it lol..

The Howler add-on is meant to be progressive,while it isn't much of a threat at first then this is a chance to get resources and better gears..
