The Flicker ability allows you to teleport short distances or through walls. This only works if your destination is valid; otherwise, the teleport will fail.

The more you use it, the better you become at this skill. And the better you are, the smaller the negative effects of using this skill will be.

Skills:
Passive skill: null.
Active skill 1: Short teleport: Run (you can only do this every 5 seconds).
Active skill 2: locked
Active skill 3: locked
