Temporal Bottle v0.2 Alpha

> Additions:

• Added the total time accumulated in the bottle;
• Added a compatibility system using Item Tags and ScriptEvents (for use by AddonMakers);

> Changes:

• It's no longer necessary to have stored time to use the Temporal Bottle in Creative Mode;
• Change the limit of stored time 671'958'427 seconds >> 2'147'483'648 seconds;

> Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the Time Bottle was consuming time twice as much as necessary;
• Fixed an issue where the furnace continued to consume fuel even when not smelting any items;
• Fixed an issue with the script cache.
