This enhanced TPA system is built to make teleportation fair, balanced, and server-friendly.
It improves on the original by adding:

Dedicated teleport item – Uses a stick instead of the compass, keeping navigation tools free.
Faster cooldown – Reduced from 30 seconds to just 15 seconds.
Warmup system – Adds a 5-second delay before teleport, preventing instant escapes in PvP.
Movement cancel – Teleport is canceled if the requester moves during warmup.
Shorter request timeout – Requests expire after 1 minute instead of 6, keeping the game moving.
Clear feedback messages – Players are notified at every step: request sent, warmup started, arrival, decline reason, AFK timeout, and expired requests.
Better stability – Checks target’s online status, dimension, and validity before teleporting.
