Teleport Kunai

Recipe:

After throwing the kunai, it becomes a projectile and your held item changes into a recaller (a dark, glowing item). Use it to instantly teleport back to the kunai's location.

If the kunai hits an entity, recalling it will teleport you to that entity. The Recaller shows the linked target.

No distance or dimension limits. Throw anywhere and return whenever you want.

Note that the resource pack includes subpacks. You can choose between the default model and the Kunai model. The only difference is the kunai model; nothing else is changed.
