TeamChat Addon – Private Chat for Teams

Description:
The TeamChat Addon allows players to chat privately with their teammates. Players assign themselves a team using /tag [TeamTag] and can toggle team chat mode with /teamchat. Only players with the same TeamTag will see the messages.

Features:

• /tag [TeamTag] – Assign yourself a team tag (Team1 to Team20).
• /teamchat – Toggle team chat mode. Messages are only visible to players with the same tag.
• Messages sent while team chat is disabled appear in the global chat as usual.
• Keeps team communication private and organized.

Example:

1. Player Alex sets their tag: /tag Alex add Team3.
2. Player Jordan also sets /tag Jordan add Team3.
3. Both enable team chat with /teamchat.
4. Now, messages sent in team chat are only visible to Alex and Jordan, while other players cannot see them.
5. To disable type /teamchat again.

Purpose:
This addon ensures team communication stays private, preventing accidental sharing of strategies or sensitive information with other players.
