What's new
- Converted to a standalone Behavior Pack; removed Resource Pack and Server UI dependencies.
- Enabled collection only while empty buckets are in the nine hotbar slots.
- Removed menus, settings commands, control items, recipes, and automatic control-item grants.
- Removed RP particle effects; collection now runs without custom particles.
- Added one activation action-bar notice and one first-collection notice per activation.
- Fixed the connected-source limit at 16 with bounded work queues.
- Static and simulated checks do not replace Minecraft gameplay testing.
