No longer disables achievements

The World no longer affects tamed mobs

Added a separate category for the active cards in the equipment tab

Now, to put cards into the Tarot Deck, you need to put it in your off-hand and use the card without sneaking. This means you now need to put the cards individually, but now they're actually saved in the Tarot Deck instead of the player, making it possible to share the cards.
