## What's new
- Lands now have 33 settings: 20 permissions, 10 land rules and 3 text options.
- Land roles: the Global role is fixed and applies to everyone. Co-Owner, Member and Builder come ready to use, and the owner can create, edit and delete roles. Each role can have multiple players.
- Land rules: PvP, explosions, fire, monster spawning, fall damage, no hunger, regeneration, night vision, private land (members only) and enter/exit notifications.
- Land name and custom enter/exit messages, with {nome} and {dono} placeholders.
- New commands: /land roles and /land invite <player> [role].
- New "Admin Panel" button in the book menu, only visible to players with permission.

## Fixes
- Claiming a land now uses claim blocks if the player has enough. Money is only charged when they don't.
- Claim blocks are now refunded when an admin deletes a land. The refund percentage is configurable (refundClaimBlockPercent).
- Fixed the purple and black Kits icon in the book menu.
- Fixed the repeating pao:new_database error in the log.
