Description
Sweeping + Critical Hit allows you to apply sweeping damage just like in Java Edition, but with one key difference: it also works when performing critical hits, letting you deal sweeping damage and critical damage at the same time.
How does Sweeping + Critical Hit work?
Hold an official Minecraft sword and sneak. When you attack a target, your attack will deal sweeping damage to nearby enemies.
That's not all, each sword has its own unique sweeping power and sweeping damage, meaning different swords have different attack ranges and AoE damage values.
How does the critical damage work?
Each sword's critical hit damage is based on the sword's quality. For example, a wooden sword will deal weaker critical damage compared to a diamond sword. Likewise, a diamond sword will deal weaker critical damage compared to a netherite sword.
