What it does
Sustenance adds a full nutrition system to survival. Everything you eat feeds five nutrients — Carbohydrates, Protein, Fat, Vitamins and Minerals — that are tracked per player. Keep them balanced and your body rewards you; let one run dry and you will feel it.
Features
- Five persistent nutrients tracked individually for every player, based on the real foods you eat.
- Balanced nutrients grant positive effects such as Speed, Strength and Haste; deficiencies apply debuffs instead.
- In-game Food Encyclopedia book shows the nutrition profile of foods and your current nutrient levels.
- The book is granted automatically on first join and can also be crafted from a single normal book.
- Works with the vanilla hunger system — it never overwrites hunger or saturation, so normal eating rules stay intact.
- Supports custom foods from other add-ons through a simple extension system.
How to use
- Import the .mcaddon and activate both the behavior pack and the resource pack in your world.
- Join the world — you receive the Sustenance book automatically (or craft it from one normal book).
- Eat a varied diet and open the book any time to check your five nutrients and browse food profiles.
Compatibility
- Minecraft: Bedrock Edition 1.26.0 or newer (built and tested for 26.50).
- Single player and multiplayer. No Beta APIs and no experimental toggles required; achievements stay enabled.
Changelog
- 1.0.6 — Initial SepWorks release for Bedrock 26.50.
