The return of a legendary artifact from 2009! This mod restores the original Plate Armor exactly as Notch originally intended back in the Survival days.
This version recreates true historical accuracy: the set consists only of the Helmet and Chestplate with those exact massive, wide shoulder pads. No leggings, no boots—everything is strictly old-school!

Historical Look: The original armor model featuring huge shoulder pads.
Unique Crafting: Forget the crafting table! To forge these heavy plates, you will need to use a stonecutter, a special recipe blueprint (Recipe Book), and blocks of pure iron.
High Protection: The helmet and chestplate grant boosted stats to partially compensate for the lack of leggings and boots.
