storm chasers remake

This mod adds a bunch of different tornado-intercept vehicles, and the tornadoes themselves are included too; unfortunately, about half of the functionality is missing.

I am the author of both the original project and this remake. Compared to the original version, the remake features reworked and improved textures, models, vehicles, probes, and other elements.
