Stick Repairer - XP Equipment Fix

Stick Repairer provides a quick, vanilla-style way to fix your gear using experience levels instead of hunting for Mending books or grinding at an anvil.

How to Use
1. Hold a regular stick in your main hand.
2. Right-click or tap and hold the screen.
3. If you have at least 3 XP levels and damaged items, 3 levels will be consumed to instantly fully repair all tools, weapons, and armor in your inventory.

Main Features
- Instant Repair: Restores full durability to all damaged gear at the same time.
- Smart Filtering: Automatically ignores undamaged items and items without durability (like the stick itself).
- Exploits Blocked: Uses native script methods to check levels. Players with less than 3 levels cannot trigger the repair.
- Simple Trigger: Works instantly without needing to sneak.

Setup Requirements
- Requires the @minecraft/server version 1.13.0 dependency.
- You must enable the "Beta APIs" toggle in your world settings for the script to run.
