Start in the end (achievement friendly)

∙ A bug where on certain seeds you would spawn on top of the void

∙ Loading screen animation while your island is being located

∙ Multiplayer completely overhauled — all players now spawn together on the same island on first join instead of separately

∙ On death you now respawn near the closest living player in the End instead of potentially spawning far apart

∙ Teleport system completely rewritten — now uses spreadplayers across the outer End islands and automatically scans for solid End Stone before placing you, making it impossible to spawn in the void
