Sols Space Exploration v10

Sols Space Exploration v10 is a Minecraft Bedrock Edition space exploration addon that lets you leave Earth, travel through space, visit custom planet worlds, mine new ores, use space gear, survive oxygen systems, and explore massive planet-themed terrain.

This addon is built around the idea of turning Minecraft Bedrock into a larger space adventure. Instead of only having a small space hub or tiny test platforms, Sols Space Exploration adds multiple planets, a space dimension, Deep Space locations, custom blocks, custom items, tools, armor, ores, recipes, terrain generation, testing commands, and survival systems.

The addon targets Minecraft Bedrock Edition 26.20 and is intended to be used with Upcoming Creator Features and Beta APIs enabled.

Explore Space

The Space dimension acts as the main travel hub of the addon. From here, players can access planet travel systems, view physical planet replicas, explore asteroid-style structures, and travel deeper into space.

The Orbital Gateway is designed to be easier to use than earlier versions. It gives the player a clear central area for travel, testing, and space exploration without filling the hub with unnecessary space stations.

Space still uses floating terrain and constructed areas, but the main focus is now planet travel and Deep Space exploration.

Planet Dimensions

Sols Space Exploration v10 includes many planet destinations, each designed with its own terrain style, block palette, ore types, and survival feeling.

Mercury

Mercury is a rocky, heat-scarred world made from Mercury Stone, Mercury Dust, Crater Rock, Solar-Scorched Basalt, Mercury Iron Ore, and Solar Crystal Ore.

It is designed as a harsh rocky planet with crater fields, cliffs, cave pockets, tunnels, and ore deposits.

Venus

Venus is a toxic pressure planet with sulfur terrain, acidic hazards, foggy terrain themes, and volcanic-looking environments.

It uses Venus Stone, Sulfur Crust, Hardened Sulfur Block, Pressure Basalt, Venus Crystal Ore, Toxic Cloud Block, and Acidic Rock.

Mars

Mars is one of the most explorable planets in the addon. It has red terrain, canyons, caves, cliffs, dry river cuts, ruins, ores, and subsurface ice.

Mars uses Martian Stone, Martian Dust, Rust Rock, Red Sandstone Variant, Martian Iron Ore, Meteorite Ore, Subsurface Ice, and Ancient Martian Brick.

Jupiter

Jupiter is not a normal ground planet. Since it is a gas giant, its terrain is based around floating storm platforms, cloudstone landmasses, pressure clouds, dangerous gaps, and storm-themed mining areas.

It uses Jupiter Cloudstone, Dense Gas Block, Pressure Cloud Block, Storm Crystal Ore, Jovian Alloy Ore, Lightning Glass, and Red Storm Core Block.

Saturn

Saturn focuses on ring terrain exploration. It includes connected ring fragments, icy chunks, floating ring belts, mining zones, and cloud areas.

It uses Saturn Ring Rock, Ring Ice, Saturn Dust, Golden Cloudstone, Pale Gas Block, Ring Crystal Ore, and Ancient Ring Debris.

Uranus

Uranus is a frozen ice giant world with icy caves, crystal fields, cold storm zones, slippery terrain, and frozen cliffs.

It uses Uranus Ice, Methane Frost, Frozen Gas Stone, Tilted Storm Rock, Cyan Crystal Ore, Uranus Crystal Block, and Cold Pressure Ice.

Neptune

Neptune is a harder endgame-style storm planet with dark blue terrain, pressure tunnels, storm plains, deep caverns, abyssal energy areas, and dangerous cold environments.

It uses Neptune Stone, Deep Frost Rock, Dark Ice, Pressure Ice, Neptune Cloudstone, Blue Storm Crystal Ore, and Abyssal Energy Block.

Moon

The Moon is a new planet destination with low-gravity exploration, pale rocky terrain, crater-like surfaces, and space-themed mining.

It is designed to feel different from the larger planets while still giving players a proper destination to visit and explore.

Sun

The Sun is a dangerous high-energy destination built around extreme heat, glowing terrain, and survival risk.

It is not meant to feel like a normal planet. It is meant to feel powerful, hostile, and dangerous, giving players a unique high-risk place to explore.

Deep Space

Deep Space is a special zone inside the Space dimension.

It contains strange distant planets, ringed worlds, void-style scenery, and a planet inspired by End-style ring formations. These areas are not separate custom dimensions, which helps avoid unstable dimension-file issues. Instead, they are generated as special zones inside Space.

Deep Space includes:

A Deep Space hub area
A large ringed planet
A void ring planet
An End-ring-style planet
Safe command landing pads
Space scenery
Floating structures and ring formations

Terrain Generation

The addon uses script-generated terrain for custom planet areas.

Planet terrain is generated around players instead of attempting to build the entire world instantly. This helps performance and prevents massive lag spikes.

Oxygen System
