Recipe:
This is the Rune Table. With this table, you can Equip and Unequip your runes.

Equip Runes

You’re likely to see this once you’ve successfully activated the Rune Table. As a player, you have 3 slots available to equip Runes. If you don’t have any Runes in your inventory, it’s possible that nothing will appear for you to select.

However, if you managed to obtain a rune from a mysterious ore, this will appear.
Only the runes you have in your inventory will appear. Select the one you like the most, and you can proceed to the next step.

You can equip the runes however you like, whether it's multiple identical runes or different ones to take advantage of their effects. However, remember that not everything may work in your favor.

Unequip Runes
Do you need to unequip runes now? If you already have runes equipped, simply go to the second option on the Rune Table.

Select the rune you want to extract and press it.
And that's it! You've successfully removed the rune, and it will be returned to your inventory.

How can I find the runes?

In the world you can find this mysterious Ore that contains the runes. It is extremely hard so you will need the following Pickaxe to be able to correctly extract the rune.
-Netherite Pickaxe
-Diamond Pickaxe
-Iron Pickaxe
-Gold Pickaxe
Using the wrong pickaxe will cause you to lose the rune.
What are runes and how do they work?
Each rune has a special effect, and although at first it all sounds great, everything comes at a cost. Some have positive effects, while others have negative ones. Mixing the same type of effect can amplify both the positive and negative effects, or even combining different runes can lead to completely unexpected results.
Berry Maniac Rune

Equipping more than one of these runes makes you faster but also increases the level of hunger.

Equipping more than one of these runes helps accumulate even more damage if no target is hit but can also further reduce your base damage.

POISON RESISTANCE RUNE
This rune instantly cures poison when your health drops to 5 points.
Equipping more than one of these runes makes the poison cure faster.

The more hits you land on the enemy, the slower they become, but fire damage taken is increased, and the effect of this rune does not work in the Nether. Equipping more than one of these runes will make your hits slow the enemy down much faster.
