1. Update Highlights (What's New in v16.5)

Security Core: Added a multi-layered Admin Panel with password protection (default: 0000) to prevent non-admins from accessing powerful creative tools or server settings.

Nine Lives Overhaul: A two-stage survival system. Falling from heights triggers automatic Slow Falling (60s cooldown), and dropping to critical health automatically gifts a Totem of Undying (120s cooldown).

Advanced Death Vacuum: The radius for the "Keep Inventory Vacuum" has been expanded to 50 blocks, ensuring items are secured even during high-velocity deaths.

Satellite Scout Exit Logic: Added a dedicated "Exit" button and a double-tap sneak mechanic to disconnect from the Satellite POV and return safely to your origin point.

Optimized Performance HUD: A more stable FPS/TPS counter with logic to prevent UI flickering.

2. How to Use Astra-Goliath

Getting Started

The Skill Compass: Every player receives a Skill Compass upon spawning. Interact (right-click/long press) with the compass to open the Master Menu.

Earning SP: Perform actions like killing mobs or using Astra Batteries to gain Skill Points (SP). SP is required to cast high-tier AOE spells.

Key Features

Satellite Scout: Found in the Sentient Hub. It puts you in spectator mode for 30 seconds to scout terrain. To return early, hold sneak or use the exit button.

Utility Toggles: Use the Utility menu to enable Flight, the Death Vacuum, or Nine Lives protection.

DNA Auras: Customize your appearance with particle effects like "DNA Helix," "Orbital Ring," or "Pulse Burst" via the Aura menu.

3. Skill Point Battery Recipes

To gain SP quickly, players can craft three tiers of batteries using flowers and water.

Small Battery (+20 SP)

Ingredients: 1 Blue Orchid, 1 Water Bucket, 1 Glass Bottle.

4. Admin Control (For Server Owners)

To access the Admin Panel, select "Admin Login" at the bottom of the main menu.

Default Password: 0000.

Capabilities: * Lock all features for players.

Ban specific players from using the Compass.

Force-change the server name and broadcast global messages.

Update the menu passwords for security.

  Astra-Goliath v16.5/17.0, your Minecraft environment must meet the following specifications:

  • Minecraft Version: Bedrock Edition 1.20.0 or higher.

  • Experimental Toggles Required:

    • Beta APIs: (Crucial for the @minecraft/server and ui modules).

  • Required Dependencies:

    • @minecraft/server (version 1.10.0+)

    • @minecraft/server-ui (version 1.2.0+)

  • Performance: Compatible with Mobile (Android/iOS), Windows 10/11, and Consoles (via Realms).

  • Installation Guide

    Step 1: Download & Import

    1. Download the .mcaddon (or separate .mcpack files) from the CurseForge "Files" tab.

    2. Open the file; Minecraft will automatically import the Behavior Pack and Resource Pack.

    Step 2: World Configuration

    1. Create a New World or edit an existing one.

    2. Navigate to Behavior Packs and activate Astra-Goliath BP.

    3. Navigate to Resource Packs and ensure the corresponding pack is active.

    4. IMPORTANT: Go to the Experiments tab and toggle "Beta APIs" to ON. If this is not enabled, the Skill Compass will not function.

    Step 3: Launch & Initialize

    1. Enter the world. You will receive a title message: ASTRA-GOLIATH v16.2.

    2. The Skill Compass and Guide Book will be automatically added to your inventory.

    3. If you lose your compass, you can simply respawn or use the /give @s minecraft:compass command to get a new one (it will auto-rename upon use).
