This Is The Normal Vanilla Minecraft Skeleton And For Getting OP Items LVl 32767 Items Just Basically Kill It And He Will Drop You This Items :

Also This Is Luck Based He Will Drop One OP Item At One Time. So If You Kill It He Will Not Drop Whole OP Items Once So You Can Enjoy This Mod! 

After Getting These Items You Will See That Their Names Are Different So Dont Think It's Fake Just Throw The Items on Ground So You Will Get A Barrel

Now You Have To Open This Barrel And Then You Will Get That OP 32767 Enchanted Item You throw Not All At Once :
