New Feature - Player Report System

- Players can report other players from menu

- Select from 7 report reasons like hacking, griefing, spam

- Add custom details about what happened

- Online admins get notified instantly when report is filed

- Admin Panel shows report count badge

- Admins can view all pending reports

- See who reported, who was reported, reason and time

- Mark reports as resolved when handled

- Option to kick reported player directly

- Clear old resolved reports to keep things clean
