Sculk XP Storage v0.2.1 — Balance & Broken Storage

This update introduces a new decorative block and improves the balance of Sculk XP Storage for mob farms.

What's New

- Broken Sculk XP Storage: A new decorative variant that can be placed freely.
- Storage Placement Limit: Prevents placing another functional Sculk XP Storage within 16 blocks in each direction (33×33×33 area).
- Adjusted XP Collection Range: Mob kills are now detected within an 8-block range.
- Mob Farm Balance: Encourages players to use one functional storage per farm.

Unchanged Features

- All 11 storage stages (Stage 0–10).
- Original Sculk sound effects.
- Sculk Shrieker particles when reaching Stage 10.
- Existing XP storage progression.
