Added

• "Wrenchable" notice to the display name of all blocks that can be changed using a wrench

• SCP-173 visual to avoid copyright issues
• Reduced the bitrate of all sounds to reduce resource pack size
• Reduced the volume of some sounds that were too loud

Fixed

• All (100+) 3D/functional blocks are broken
• All (100+) items are broken
• SCP-3199 doesn't burn during nighttime
• Some mobs attack animation loops forever
• Some gun-wielding mobs do not make gunshot sounds

Removed

• Most function files that were unused
  • Functions that spawn facilities are still there :)
