For example, when you're placing a block it takes the original break time, recalculates everything, This ensures that the game feels smooth even if the TPS is very low so basically this is a permanent performance fixer instead of using 9+ add-ons to solve even 10% of the problem.
Now what's left is your device fps, your tps is no longer a problem, as for your fps, that's on you.
Tip : if you find that you can't get rid of an item because it keeps coming back to you, place a block, stand on it, crouch/sneak and go to the Clif of it and dig a hole on the block in front of you and throw the useless items you don't want they won't come back this way, and close the hole simply.
This doesn't magically bump your tps to 20, this add-on manipulates your entire game to match your OWN tps, tps stutters are typically caused by your device hardware not able to keep up.
