Dropped saplings plant themselves after a few seconds on the ground, so forests regrow on their own.
Dropped saplings plant themselves. When a sapling item has been lying on the ground for five seconds and the block it rests on can hold it (grass, dirt, podzol, moss, mud, and clay for mangrove propagules), it plants itself and the stack shrinks by one.
- Works with oak, spruce, birch, jungle, acacia, dark oak, cherry and pale oak saplings, mangrove propagules, and azaleas.
- Replaces short grass and ferns the same way planting by hand does.
- Behavior pack only, no experimental toggles needed. Works in single player, Realms and dedicated servers.
