Sandbox [PvP Bots]

Added:
- Shield Bot
  - Slider to change the shield recharge time 
- Enhanced UI (DDUI) 
  - Replaces the current forms and command parameters
- Scriptevent Support
  - Example: /scriptevent sandbox:sword tier=2;follow=true;aggression=true
  - Supports the same parameters as the ui 
Changes:
- General improvements
- Bot summoning command 
  - It is now just /botName, and you fill out the spawn parameters in the ui
- New experimental behaviors:
  - Sneak: Only used on Shield Bot currently
  - Climb: Only used on Shield Bot currently
  - Raycast: Gives the bot a line of sight
  - Spacing: The bot tries to maintain good spacing for fights
Removed:
- Bot inventory (will be added back)
Known Issues:
- Will not be compatible with raiyons or sweep n slash yet
