​Here is what is included in the first release of the pack

Reduced maximum player health to exactly 1 heart which is 2 hit points

Added a continuous background script to enforce the one heart limit permanently

Disabled all status effects so potions and golden apples cannot give extra health

Removed regeneration and resistance effects to keep the challenge completely strict

Added a welcome message when players first spawn into the hardcore world

Optimized the health checking loop so it does not cause any lag on multiplayer realms

Made the script re enforce the health limit instantly after taking any damage
