RetroDinos

RetroDinos is an add-on that reminds us of what prehistoric animals were thought to look like in the past. Through centuries our view on how dinosaurs looked like changed a lot, because our knowledge about them is constantly changing. 

First step of The addon:

 Finding The fossils, you can find them underground ofcourse, the fossil ore drops bones of 3 firstly named and described dinosaurs, Megalosaurus, Iguanodon and Hylaeosaurus basically the OG'S.

 

 

 

The next step is finding The Villager Wandering Artist, he spawns around the world ( maybe too often right now lol, I will change that)

 

 

To properly reconstruct dinosaurs according to the artists' old visions you'll have to make a deal with a Victorian painter 

He, himself will Paint you paintings of the dinosaurs 

You can hang them on walls as a new decoration.

 

 

Finally, to make the dinosaurs Alive 

You will have to:

First: kill a chicken and make its DNA in crafting table (lazy I know) 

After that connect the DNA with The painting in the crafting table and resurrect the dinosaur you want( The painting is filled with magic thats why It works)

And BOOM you have the dinos in their retro looks!!! 

 

You can kill them to get their model as a decoration(it doesnt drop every time)(it Works like an armor stand - they have multiple poses) 

WOW!

Now you have your prehistoric companions that will greatly fit in a museum or somewhere lol

 

 

Theres also a model of diplodocus thats just for decoration right now. (it has many funny poses too)

 

 

Last notes:

For now they dont have good sounds but that will change 

The addon will head in a decoration direction so people can build museums that describe the past well or something
