RR Random Events v3.0.0

A full rebuild. Chaos, but on your terms.

1. Creative mode is yours again - v2 forced you back into survival every second, with no setting to stop it. Now events just pause in creative.

2. Events come on your schedule - every 3 to 6 minutes, and you can set 1 to 30. It used to be every 30 seconds, always.

3. Penalties are optional - turn them off and a failed event just ends.

4. Eight of the sixteen events could never be won - no sheep spawned, no gold block hidden. All sixteen work now.

5. No more Beta APIs - the Experiments toggle is no longer needed.

6. Jump Challenge wanted 50 jumps in 20 seconds - not possible. It wants 20.

Also: a new Chaos Token for the menu; a bonus every five events in a row; Sneak + Book still works.

NOTE: Needs Minecraft 1.21.120 or newer. Turn on both packs. Your coins and stats carry over.
