THIS ADDON IS ACHIEVEMENT FRIENDLY
Items Ragdoll replaces dropped items with versions that feature physics-based movement and rotation. These items can fall, roll, collide, be pushed by entities and pistons, float in liquids, and react to lava just like vanilla items.
