RaceCore — Viltrumite Powers & Superhuman Combat

RaceCore is a Minecraft Bedrock Edition addon focused on implementing superhuman abilities, advanced flight mechanics, specialized combat systems, and race-specific biological mechanics inspired by superhero fiction.

Developed by Copdire, RaceCore combines custom gameplay mechanics, animations, visual effects, and modular scripting to create a more dynamic superhuman experience within Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

Core Features

Superhuman Abilities

RaceCore introduces mechanics designed to represent the physical capabilities of Viltrumites, including enhanced strength, powerful attacks, aerial mobility, and specialized combat interactions.

Advanced Flight System

The flight system is designed around several movement states and transitions:

Hover: Controlled suspension in the air.

Flight: Aerial movement with acceleration and directional control.

Sprint Flight: High-speed aerial movement with dedicated animations and sound behavior.

Destructive Flight: An advanced flight state focused on high-speed movement and a more aggressive visual presentation.

Flight Transitions: Dedicated transitions intended to improve continuity between movement states.

Inertia: Movement behavior designed to preserve momentum and reduce abrupt changes in velocity.

Grab and Aerial Combat Mechanics

The combat system includes specialized grabbing states designed for different movement situations, including normal movement, slower movement, sprinting, and super-powered attacks.

Dash and Charge Movement: Rapid movement bursts with dedicated motion behavior.

Rapid Punches: A sequence of consecutive attacks with a distinct finishing strike.

Thragg-Inspired Uppercut: A specialized attack concept featuring a charging phase and force-based attraction of nearby entities.

Super Clap: A powerful sound-based attack with a dedicated activation sequence and explosive effects.

Enhanced Knockback: Attack-specific force and displacement behavior.

Biological and Status Systems

The addon also includes specialized mechanics associated with Viltrumite biology and combat conditions.

These systems include physical blood effects for designated bleeding events, specialized damage interactions, and temporary effects that can interfere with particular abilities.

Additional mechanics under development include Scourge-inspired infection, sonic-based ability suppression, and Sinlak-inspired poison effects.

Visual Effects and Animations

RaceCore uses custom visual elements to distinguish its abilities and combat states.

These include dedicated flight animations, movement transitions, attack animations, blood effects, and speed-related visual effects intended to communicate movement and impact more clearly.
