Portable Prison: Magic Prison for Mobs
Capture, carry, transport, and release mobs anywhere in your Minecraft world!
Portable Prison is a Minecraft Bedrock addon that introduces magical portable prisons capable of capturing mobs and storing them inside an item.
Instead of building complicated transportation systems or struggling with boats, minecarts, leads, or long-distance mob movement, you can simply capture a creature and take it with you.
Capture Mobs
Use the Portable Prison to capture mobs you encounter during your adventures.
It can be used with many different types of creatures, including:
Passive mobs
Neutral mobs
Hostile mobs
Once captured, the mob is safely stored inside the prison and can be carried in your inventory.
Transport Creatures Anywhere
Portable Prison makes moving mobs around your world much easier.
Take villagers to your base, move animals to new farms, transport rare creatures, collect mobs from distant biomes, or bring useful entities back home without having to guide them across thousands of blocks.
When you reach the desired location, simply release the captured mob.
Advanced Portable Prison
For stronger creatures, the addon also includes a more powerful Advanced Portable Prison.
This version is much harder to craft and requires valuable materials obtained through dangerous parts of Minecraft progression, making it a late-game tool designed for powerful mobs and bosses.
Survival Friendly
The addon was designed to work naturally inside survival progression.
The prisons are useful and powerful tools, but their crafting requirements help keep them balanced instead of replacing normal Minecraft progression immediately.
Addon Compatibility
Portable Prison can also work with entities from other addons.
Custom mobs can be captured and transported, making Portable Prison especially useful in worlds that use multiple addons together.
