Changes in the Chaos Update (1.1.13)

• Added the Chaos Cubed panorama as the new default panorama
• Removed Mounts of Mayhem and Tiny Takeover panoramas
• Updated splash texts
• Changed the "Beta!" splash text replacement

Pack:

• Updated the minimum game version required to use the pack to 26.30, which means this pack is no longer compatible with earlier versions
• Changed pack UUID to be compatible with earlier versions of this pack
• Updated pack version to 1.1.13
