Carry portals in your pocket and place them anywhere, anytime! No more building Nether portal frames or hunting for the End portal. Just pull it out, place it, use it and pick it back up. Simple!

Fixes
- Picking up a portal now adds the item to a matching stack in your inventory. It only drops on the ground when there is no room at all
- Placing a portal too high or too low now shows the right message: "No room for the portal at this height"
