Player Submerge (Fishman)

breathe water, not air. Stay submerged to thrive, or surface and suffocate
This pack completely overhauls how the player interacts with water and air. Instead of drowning underwater, you now drown on land.
What changes:
- You can no longer breathe air. air exposure drains your oxygen bar.
- You breathe freely underwater.
- While submerged, you automatically receive Conduit Power.
- 'Surfacing' removes the buff immediately
This is a behavior pack only. No textures are included; the player model remains unchanged.
