This addon adds a total of 17 new mobs. Here's everything that's in this addon:

New mob: Pigmen!

The Pigman is a neutral mob that spawns in Flower Forests and Mangrove Swamps during the day. You can trade with them, just like villagers. But there's more: they can even be a bodyguard! Although they're not very smart.

But do not fear, there's a way better alternative for a bodyguard coming up later...

Pigmen are naturally attacked by zombie mobs, so if they want to survive, they'll need some protection!

When you drop armor or weapons, there is a high chance a Pigman will pick it up and use it to fight!

Pigmen attack zombie mobs that are targeting them and blazes.

Pigmen that are killed drop 1 or 2 porkchop.

When approaching a Pigman, you will have the option to trade with them!

Don't ask me why I made them trade porkchop, they're not cannibals, trust me...

When attacking a Pigman in survival with any difficulty except peaceful, they will attack you back!

Pigmen can be bred with carrots, potatoes, beetroot and poppies, the result will be a baby pigman.

Pigmen that are killed by zombie mobs turn into a new mob...

New Mob: Zombie Pigmen!

Zombie Pigmen are neutral mobs that spawn in Mangrove Swamps at all times, Nether wastes, basalt deltas and soul sand valleys! They will attack any mob that attacks them first, just like the old Zombie Pigman!

Pigmen that are killed by zombie mobs, have a chance to turn into zombie pigmen and drop all their armor and weapons, but there is a high chance that it will pick it right back up as a zombie pigman.

Infecting chances:

Peaceful: 0% (In Peaceful, Zombie Pigmen only spawn naturally and will not hurt the player)

Easy: 20%

Normal: 60%

Hard: 100%

Zombie Pigmen naturally spawn with a golden sword, just like before the Nether Update. Now you're probably thinking, what if I had a fully leveled pigman with netherite armor?

Dont worry, there is a way to get them back!

Curing!

Zombie Pigmen can be cured with a Splash potion of night vision and a golden carrot, when curing is complete your pigman is back, they will keep their trades and any armor they had on as a zombie.

Curing always has a 100% success rate

Baby Pigmen stay a baby when infected and cured!

Those were the first 2 mobs added in the addon, but there's still 15 more to go, enjoy!

New mob: Wild Pigmen!

Wild pigmen are a different species of pigmen, they spawn naturally in savannas and swamps and behave similarly to the normal pigmen. Wild Pigmen can be bred with acacia saplings.

You can also trade with wild pigmen, but their trades are different from the normal pigmen!

Getting a Wild Pigman as your bodyguard:

Earlier in this description I promised a better alternative as a bodyguard.

There's one thing wild pigmen and pigmen don't have in common: Wild pigmen have stolen something from the pigmen, something that only the most brave pigmen have, brute armor...

Since this happened, wild pigmen and pigman brutes don't live in peace anymore. There's more about pigman brutes coming up later.

How to get your own personal bodyguard (2 ways):

Give a wild baby pigman a golden axe and let them grow up by waiting or giving them acacia saplings.

2. Curing the zombie version of wild pigmen and giving a netherite ingot while curing.

Using one of these ways will result in a Wild Pigman Brute, one of the new mobs in this addon!

Wild Pigman Brutes are neutral mobs that will only attack if you attack them, except if you've tamed them. Wild Pigman Brutes can be bred with acacia saplings and some other items, just like the wild pigmen. The result of breeding 2 Wild Pigman Brutes will be a wild baby pigman.

Wild Pigman Brutes keep the trades they had as a wild pigman.

To tame a Wild Pigman Brute, give them an emerald block. They will follow you and help you in battle!

Wild Pigman Brutes still aren't very smart and will take damage during fights, to heal them you can splash them with potions of healing, if you have these.

Tamed Wild Pigman Brutes now have the option to sit. Doing so will stop the Wild Pigman Brute from following you, but they will still wander around, so it's best to place some fences around them if you want to go on an adventure without them.

Due to this mechanic, tamed Wild Pigman Brutes may not be able to trade with their owner.

Just watch out around villages. Because if a wild pigman with full netherite armor zombifies, the village will be done for and every villager will be slain with the iron golems standing no chance, because the zombie version of wild pigmen is not as friendly as the normal zombie pigman...

New mob: Bloody Pigmen!

Bloody Pigmen are hostile mobs that spawn in crimson forests and nether wastes. Wild pigmen that are attacked by zombie mobs will turn into one of these. Bloody Pigmen naturally attack the player, villagers, iron golems, pigs, snow golems and other mobs like these.

In Hard difficulty Bloody Pigmen will quickly break doors with their sword, which makes them even more dangerous around villages.

Bloody Pigmen that drown under water will become regular zombies!

To get your wild pigman or wild pigman brute back, you can cure the bloody pigman with a splash potion of strength and a golden carrot. If you want to, you can choose to turn the bloody pigman into a wild pigman brute by giving it a netherite ingot while curing, like I said before.

Infecting chances for the Bloody Pigman:

Peaceful: 0% (Bloody Pigmen don't exist in Peaceful)

Easy: 20%

Normal: 60%

Hard: 100%

New mob: Pigman Brutes!

I told you before there were other types of pigmen, brave ones with brute armor and axes! Pigman Brutes!

Pigman Brutes are hostile mobs that spawn in basalt deltas and soul sand valleys. Pigman brutes will attack players, wild pigmen, blazes, hoglins and zombie-mobs. (except for zombie pigman mobs, pigman brutes try to avoid them)

Pigman Brutes exist in Peaceful, but don't hurt the player.

Pigman Brutes that are killed by zombies turn into Zombie Pigman Brutes!

Zombie Pigman Brutes are hostile zombie mobs that don't spawn naturally. They will attack any mob you'd expect a zombie to attack. Zombie Pigman Brutes can be cured with a splash potion of night vision and a golden carrot, but I don't know why you'd want to. Zombie Pigman Brutes have the same infecting chances as the Bloody Pigmen.

Infecting chances for the Zombie Pigman Brute:

Peaceful: 0% (Zombie Pigman Brutes don't exist in Peaceful)

Easy: 20%

Normal: 60%

Hard: 100%

New mob: Zombified Piglin Brutes!

For consistency, I made Zombified Piglin Brutes. Piglin Brutes that stay in the overworld for too long now turn into zombified piglin brutes, instead of normal zombified piglins. Zombified Piglin Brutes attack players, snow golems, iron golems, pigs, pigmen, wild pigmen, baby turtles and living brute-like mobs (Pigman Brutes and Piglin Brutes)

3% of Zombified Piglins that spawn are brutes.
Zombified Piglin Brutes alert nearby Zombified Piglins when spotting an enemy or when attacked.

Zombified Piglin Brutes sadly can't be cured.

Pigmen that are struck by lightning will become piglins!

COLD & WARM UPDATE:

This update adds 6 more mobs!

New Mob: Cold Pigman!

The Cold Pigman is a neutral mob that spawns in Snowy Taigas. When killed, they drop porkchop. They're really just a food source.

New Mob: Cold Zombie Pigman!

The Cold Zombie Pigman is a neutral mob that spawns in Snowy Taigas at night. Cold Pigmen that are killed by zombie mobs turn into one of these! They have the same Infecting Chances as the Zombie Pigman.

Cold Zombie Pigmen can be cured with a Potion of Night Vision and a Golden Carrot, just like the Zombie Pigman.

New Mob: Cold Pigman Warrior!

The Cold Pigman Warrior has trained their entire life! They are hostile mobs with Iron Swords that spawn in Ice Spikes biomes! They attack the player, strays and zombies.

New Mob: Jungle Zombie Pigman Brute! (Junglified Brute)

The Junglified Brute is a weaker Zombie Pigman Brute that spawns in Jungles and Lush Caves. They originate from Pigman Brutes that got lost in the jungle and were attacked by zombies. They are neutral and less dangerous than Zombie Pigman Brutes.

Junglified Brutes can be cured back into Pigman Brutes, just like the Zombie Pigman Brutes.

New Mob: Inuit Pigman!

Inuit Pigmen are hostile mobs that spawn in Snowy Plains at night. They attack any mob a zombie attacks, like the player and villagers. They do not burn in daylight, so they're still a threat during the day.

New Mob: Mushroom Trader!

Mushroom Traders are neutral mobs that spawn on Mushroom Islands. They can trade with the player for emeralds and food!

Withering Nether Update (V3):

This update adds the remaining 3 mobs and is probably the last update to the Pigman Addon.

-New mob: Pigman Brute King!

The Pigman Brute King is a new mini-boss that rarely spawns in Basalt Deltas. It is a stronger version of the Pigman Brute with a diamond axe.

-New mob: Withered Zombie Pigman!

The Withered Zombie Pigman is a stronger variation of the Bloody Pigman. It holds a Netherite Sword and gives the wither effect when attacking!

10% of Bloody Pigmen that spawn are Withered Zombie Pigmen

-New mob: Pigman Archer!

The Pigman Archer is a neutral mob that spawns in Plains, Flower Forests and Mangrove Swamps. It holds a bow and will shoot when provoked. It naturally attacks zombies and blazes.

-Pigs that are struck by lightning now become their respective zombie pigman variant, instead of zombified piglins. (Temperate becomes a Zombie Pigman, Warm becomes a Bloody Pigman, Cold becomes a Cold Zombie Pigman)

-Temperate Pigs have a new muddy texture

Zombified Piglin changes:

-Zombified Piglins can now be cured back into piglins with a splash potion of night vision and a golden apple, just don't do it in the overworld, that would be a huge waste of a golden apple.

-Zombified Piglins now have a 3% chance of spawning as a brute

-Pigs that are struck by lightning become their Zombie Pigman variant.

-Mushroom Traders that are struck by lightning become Mooshrooms.

Drowning:

-Bloody Pigmen and Zombie Pigman Brutes that drown under water will become regular zombies.

-Junglified Brutes that drown under water will become husks.

-Inuit Pigmen that drown under water will become Drowneds.

Curing:

-Zombie Pigmen that are cured become Pigmen.

-Bloody Pigmen that are cured become Wild Pigmen.

-Bloody Pigmen that have been armed with a Netherite Ingot while curing become Wild Pigman Brutes.
