PH1LZA'S Tool textures in bedrock edition

*Changes all Netherite tool textures; Including netherite_axe.png, netherite_hoe.png, netherite_pickaxe.png, netherite_shovel.png, and netherite_sword.png.

Netherite Tools now have little diamonds on the textures to make them look better and stand out.

Netherite has always looked very bland and boring so this pack should make them a lot more shiny and rewarding.
