Petra Furniture: Medieval & Gothic Collection

Monumental medieval and Gothic interiors that can crafted, placed, slept in and sat upon.

Transform castles, manor houses, taverns, crypts and grand halls with 28 richly modeled furniture pieces created for dramatic medieval, Gothic and fantasy builds. These models took ages to construct, if this pack does well I will expand it to a 100 piece catalouge.

Petra Furniture combines highly detailed custom artwork with practical Bedrock functionality. Monumental pieces occupy their proper space, furniture faces the player when placed, chairs provide correctly positioned seats, and custom beds allow normal sleeping without exposing an ugly vanilla bed beneath the model.

Survival Crafting

Every one of the 28 furniture pieces has its own shaped crafting-table recipe using vanilla Minecraft materials.

Recipes naturally use materials appropriate to each design, including:

• Dark oak and spruce planks

• Wool in multiple colors

• Gold and iron

• Obsidian and polished blackstone

• Quartz, glass and bone

• Candles, barrels, chests and other thematic components

Each recipe produces one complete furniture piece and becomes available in the recipe book after obtaining one of its principal materials.

How to Use

1. Open the downloaded .mcaddon file with Minecraft.

2. Activate the included Petra Furniture Behavior Pack and Resource Pack.

3. Place furniture on top of a solid floor block.

4. Leave enough clear space for large multiblock pieces.

5. Interact with chairs, sofas, lounges or the hot tub to sit.

6. Crouch to leave your seat.

7. Interact with one of the five custom beds to sleep.

8. Place the window drapes against a vertical wall for a flush installation.

9. To dismantle furniture, strike it until the progress bar completes. Axes work faster.

Important Notes

Storage and utility-themed pieces are currently decorative. Chests, dressers, wardrobes, ovens, casks and counters do not provide inventories, cooking systems or fluid storage.

The Gothic hot tub provides four usable seats but does not apply healing effects or simulate water.

The add-on reserves the vanilla magenta bed texture for its invisible sleeping anchors. Ordinary magenta vanilla beds will therefore appear invisible while the Petra Furniture Resource Pack is active. The other vanilla bed colors are unaffected.
