Version 3.1 - Tag Rank & Time Played

• New $player(tag:rank) variable
  - Reads player tags like rank:cool and outputs cool
  - Works with any prefix: $player(tag:vip) reads vip:gold and outputs gold

• New time-played variables (uses TimePlayed objective, value in seconds)
  - $world(time-h) - human-readable e.g. 1y 2mo 3d
  - $world(time-s) - total seconds
  - $world(time-m) - total minutes
  - $world(time-d) - total days
  - $world(time-w) - total weeks
  - $world(time-mo) - total months
  - $world(time-y) - total years
