Version 2.6 - An Update

• Added tag-based rank system (rank: prefix tags)
• Toggle tag-based ranks on or off
• Configurable maximum rank tags to display
• Rank equivalent scores (tags sync with scores)
• Added (format) modifier for number formatting
  - Example: ${Kills}(format) shows 5k instead of 5000
• Added ${Members} variable for player count
• Added ${EffectDisplay-N} for potion effects
  - N = max effects to show
  - Shows effect name and duration timer
• Updated variables list with new additions
• Minor UI improvements
• Added a subpack to modify either actionbar or title to be replaced for the scoreboard to be on the side
  - When actionbar change the setting to actionbar inside of general settings then actionbar is the one playing as the sidebar
  - Useful for if another pack is already using title (e.g. Java PvP)
