OverWorld Hostile Rebalanced (OWBR)

An addon that aims to balance the experience of fighting Hostile Mobs in the OverWorld (not all).

Mob Changes:

1. Creeper: Spawns only in caves, HP decreased (20 > 16).

2. Spider: Spawns only in caves.

3. Skeleton and its variants: Movement speed increased (0.25 > 0.3), HP reduced by 50%.

4. Zombie and its variants: Movement speed increased (0.23 > 0.5).

5. Witch: HP reduced from 26 to 20.

6. Cave Spider: Speed increase (0.3 > 0.5), HP reduction (16 > 4)
