Hi! And welcome to the Ores and Biomes mod! This mod is going to be assembled in small releases into one large one! So don't miss the moment to test all its future features!

Releases:

Release 1.0.0 - Ores

Release 1.0.0 - Ores

So I guess we'll start? I'll start by telling you how much ore there is. There are currently 21 ores in the mod! Yes, yes, there are those who do not yet have the functionality, but maybe it will depend on you? if you have any ideas of course.

Ores:

  1. Malachite ore

  2. Rube ore

  3. Sapphire ore

  4. Topaz ore

  5. Onyx ore

  6. Amber block

  7. Crystal ore

  8. Manganese ore

  9. Cobalt ore

  10. Platinum ore

  11. Tin ore

  12. Bronze ore - Removed from mod as ore

  13. Voobrozit ore

  14. Shortage ore

  15. Citrine ore

  16. Jasper ore

  17. Smoky quartz ore

  18. Titanium fragments

  19. Gravitonium ore

  20. Moonstone ore

  21. Opal ore

So, I think we can start? Well, of course, we’ll start with malachite ore!

1. Malachite ore

Malachite ore is the very first ore that was added to the mod, this ore is like my own, because it was the very first one that was born into the world of my mod!

So, of course we have ores, blocks, etc. here they are

We also have items! And not everyone will have armor, hoes and shovels, this was done so that they simply wouldn’t eat their eyes, and at the same time I didn’t like it.

Just as you can see there is a malachite shard and unprocessed malachite shard. Yes, you won’t just get a Malachite Shard, you need it ogranchic. But here are crafts on how to get both a shard and cutter.

Malachite shard

Cutter

And now we can move on!

2. Rube ore

3. Sapphire ore

4. Topaz ore

5. Onyx ore

6. Amber block

Yes, it's an amber block! You will just get Amber from it, but you can melt it down and get pitch, or do the same with a ogranchic and get processed amber.

7. Crystal ore

This ore, like manganese ore, has its own biome for spawning! Crystal has this biome: frozen peaks

Frozen peaks

8. Manganese ore

Manganese Ore can be smelted to produce Molten Manganese, but the ore now drops raw! But the spawn biome is only for the first type of manganese, which is in sandstone. Well, he will spawn in the Desert. But what will happen if you drink molten manganese... I don’t recommend it...

Desert

9. Cobalt ore

This ore produces armor and additional tools, as well as nuggets and debris that can only be used to repair tools of this type of armor.

10. Platinum ore

And from this ore a coin appears, as well as a platinum apple and carrot. The coin is a hint of future updates.

11. Tin ore

Tin, this ore spawns often, but its benefit is that by combining it with copper you can get a bronze ingot! More on this later.

12. Bronze ore - Removed from mod as ore

Rare ore, but important. The important thing is that only she will allow you to get Titanium fragments.

12.1. Copper tools, items and armor

12.2. Emerald tools and armor

13. Voobrozit ore

Voobrozit ore is the most powerful ore that is not easy to get! You can only get it with a pickaxe, well, more on that later! Will only spawn in deepslate.

And it is crafted like many items in the Magic table! Remember, if crafting is not in a regular crafting table, then it is in a magical one.

14. Shortage ore

Using this ore you can make a pickaxe and mine Voobrozit. Spawns in bedrock

Well then! We're done with the ordinary world, let's go to Nether!

15. Citrine ore

This ore, like jasper, navitonium, moonstone and opal, has no uses, but maybe you or you can come up with them?

16. Jasper ore

17. Smoky quartz ore

Crafting blocks, like quartz ones.

18. Titanium fragments

An important ore for mining powerful ore, but as I said earlier, it can be mined with a bronze pickaxe! But still, everything comes later.

Crafting a titanium handle

Crafting a titanium ingot

Crafting a titanium pickaxe

Crafting a Titanium Block

And now we have come to the end of the hellish ores! Let's get to the End!

19. Gravitonium ore

20. Moonstone ore

21. Opal ore

The end! Let's move on to the main crafts!

Pickaxe hell and paradise

Reinforced pickaxe hell and paradise

And now here’s a table of what to get and how to get it!

Bronze pickaxe - Titanium fragments

Titanium pickaxe - Crystal ore

Reinforced pickaxe hell and paradise - Shortage ore

Shortage pickaxe - Voobrozit ore

And for today the last craft! Crafting a magic table, for crafting more powerful items, weapons, armor!

Release 1.0.1 - BUG FIXES AND NEW COMPLICATION

Release 1.0.1 - BUG FIXES AND NEW COMPLICATION

Hello! Long time no see! Well.. I would say a month! During this time, I made a small complication in crafting armor, but this only affected custom armor made of metals! It will also affect things with tools. I also made a table for alloys. There you will be able to make, at least for now, a Titanium Ingot and a Bronze Ingot. I also wanted to balance the strength of armor, tools and weapons, but I left it for later, since crafting is being complicated. I plan to release another powerful release somewhere closer to January! To make sure you have time to fix everything that needs to be done. Because we plan to start adding biomes and blocks for them, we need to redo a lot of textures, we also need to balance the strength and find uses for many things. This is a small spoiler for you. You can visit my Telegram channel to learn something new about fashion. Well, you can write to me by email if you find any bug! Well, we are starting to review our small release with bug fixes and beta testing of the complication!

Blocks removed in new version of mod

  1. Changed textures of many blocks

  2. Logs and wood tend to turn

  3. Added a new seedling, can only be placed on a block "Grass roots block"

  4. The seedling can be grown

  5. Added new blocks and things

Alloy table

Has a craft, in it you can create Titanium and Bronze ingots

Armor crafting table with tools and weapons

In it you can make a blank for armor and make the armor itself

Strong wire

To make a blank for any iron custom armor, you must first make a strong wire of one of the types of iron. It is made from nuggets in a Crafting Table easily and simply!

And now you can make nuggets from any ingots! Well, only iron ores!

Crafting blanks and crafting armor

And now we will look at one example of bronze armor, how to make a blank and how to make the armor itself! Also, blanks are in the section "Armor"

Well, crafting armor

And also here is the craft of this table itself

Crafting bronze and tin coins

Bronze and tin coin crafts have also been added

Well, that's all for now! Enjoy your game!

Release 2.0.0 BALANCE OF STRENGTH AND CRAFTING COMPLEXITY

Release 2.0.0 BALANCE OF STRENGTH AND CRAFTING COMPLEXITY

Release 2.0.0 will be the last... But this year! Release 2.0.0 doesn't bring too many changes! It brings a global complication to crafting armor, weapons and tools! In this article I will try to tell you as closely as possible how to do what!

Release 2.0.5 Bug fixes

Greetings to all of you! Release 2.0.5 is a critical bug fix release and several changes have been made! I will also tell you that don't expect any updates anytime soon. At the moment I'm working on a release that will completely make a global revolution for me! I hope for your understanding and anticipation!

Making armor crafting more difficult

I think we'll start with what was included in the beta test in release 1.0.1 - this is a complication of armor crafting! This is exactly what is included in release 2.0.0. The armor crafting complication only works on custom armor made of metals and emeralds. Woobrosite armor can be crafted in your workbench the same way as before. Let's take cobalt as an example. Because everything will still be similar to this.

Let's start with the fact that we need to make an armor frame, or a blank. Our workpiece is made from strong wire, in our case strong cobalt wire. We can get it with this easy craft, it is shown in the photo. It is done in a regular workbench, but the workpiece will already be done in a new workbench.

After which we take and simply lay out the wire as armor

And to get armor, we simply take and cover the frame with ingots.

I’ll also show you how to craft emerald armor! It simply adds molten manganese, which is difficult to obtain, because it is generated only in the desert and only in sandstone!

Making it more difficult to craft weapons and tools

What is the main problem with complexity? Right! Two types of rope. There is an ordinary thin rope that will only be used in crafting weapons and tools from precious stones, and platinum is also included here as a weak metal. And I would like to start with a plant like nettle, you can dry the nettle, make a bunch, and make a rope from the bunches! But it can also be made from threads, but the quantity obtained will vary.

Nettles can only be obtained with scissors, nettles are generated all over the world! Nettles tend to stand on blocks of grass, soil, rough earth and podzol.

And in order to get a rope with wire, we need wire, which we can simply make from iron nuggets.

And we will already get a rope with wire by combining the rope with the wire.

And now I would like to tell you about the handles. The handle can be made from a broken stick and rope, or from a broken stick, rope and stick!

And now I will show you how to craft weapons and tools from precious stones.

And now I will show you how to craft weapons and tools from metals

I will also show you new grass and roots that relate to future custom biomes. Dried Herb: Can be obtained with scissors and hands. The roots can only be obtained with scissors.

Release 3.0.0 - Global Update

Release 3.0.0 - Global Update

Hi all! And now, I have returned to you again with a new, major release! For me it is truly global, but I don’t know exactly how it is for you... This time I made more efforts! We have structures, new ores, blocks, things, weapons and items! New complications for vanilla items! And I think we'll start!

Zinc Ore

Zinc ore! Welcome to this release! I gave all the abilities to zinc if possible, and there were people who asked to add zinc, but with it I also added... Brass! This time I didn’t make the same mistake as with bronze; this time we have brass as a full-fledged alloy. But also about bronze, in this release I completely cut out bronze as an ore, that is, not bronze ore, not deepslate bronze, no more raw bronze! There is everything that is made from ingots! Bronze alloy is known to you from release 2.0.0

Brass

Making crafting more difficult

The next thing we have planned is... again complicating crafting, but this time the complication affected iron, gold and diamond armor, as well as their weapons and tools! Crafting has been changed so that you will not be able to craft in a regular workbench. Now you have at your disposal, at the beginning of survival, only leather armor, possibly chain mail, and wooden and stone tools!

And here, too, the same wire is used, and there is both iron and gold, but as an example, let’s use iron wire and iron armor!

Diamond armor is crafted in the same way as emerald armor, so you won’t have any difficulties

Here's to crafting weapons and tools!

Strengthening armor - The function has been changed to oxidize brass

The next thing we have is strengthening the armor, here we can apply zinc with a brush to the armor, we can do it with all the armor that is in Minecraft, but only except for leather armor and a turtle helmet. Fortify Armor gives +435 Armor Strength. Does not apply to weapons and tools

Brush of Applying a Protective Layer - Removed from mod

This brush is disposable for now, maybe someday I will be able to make it so that in crafting it will waste strength. Here's her craft

Mason's Hammer and Chisel - Removed from mod

This item is also disposable, like a cutter, but this item will be used when crafting amber blocks, yes, you heard right!

Amber tiles - Removed from mod

We only need amber tiles for one block, yes, the rest is crafted from processed amber or an amber shard. The tile itself is made from amber shard

And now we move on to block crafting

Amber tile blocks - Removed from mod

Amber Bricks

Processed amber blocks - Removed from mod

Decorative bricks made of amber, blocks made of amber - Removed from mod

The block itself is made from an amber shard and processed amber

Smoky Quartz Block

The next thing will be Jasper; quite a lot of blocks can also be made from jasper.

Jasper Bricks - Craft has been changed

Polished Jasper - Removed from mod

We can also make a pickaxe of hell from jasper and citrine, this pickaxe quickly mines only blocks of the hellish dimension

Orange tree

Our next ore is citrine! Also hellish ore, with which I did this and added a whole tree for it! You can get it, make classic blocks from it, but here it is that the tree cannot be found and it is only crafted, namely a sapling. A seedling can be planted and grown and on the tree itself there will be 2 types of foliage, regular and with fruit, with fruit the chance of dropping an orange is 30%, and with a regular one 10% And the orange itself gives good effects!

Let's move on to the End dimension. There are also 3 ores here and each of them received its own ability in something. Let's start with the Moonstone Shard.

Magic prepared chorus

This item is crafted from moonstone fragments, gravitonium and cooked chorus fruit. Gives its effects when eaten

You can also make a lantern from moonstone; this lantern can be hung, placed and even attached to a chain

Next we have Gravitonium on the list, but the reason is that Gravitonium was among these two ores such as opal and a fragment of moonstone. That's why next I'll show you the pickaxe again!

Pickaxe of End

This pickaxe is similar to the hell pickaxe, but this pickaxe quickly mines all the blocks of the end!

Moving immediately to Opal, we learn its last property, I made a staff from it!

Opal Staff - Removed from mod

This staff combines a weapon, a pickaxe, a hoe, a shovel and an axe! That is, he quickly obtains all the blocks that belong to their category, namely these tools, and also the staff has damage of 15 units. The staff is made from an Opal block, platinum ingots and a titanium handle

Medical chamomile

Background: Long ago before we appeared in this world of Minecraft, various inhabitants lived here before us. Starting with dinosaurs, continuing with pirates, robbers and many others. At that time, there was such a plant as medicinal chamomile, but unfortunately at that time so many people wanted it that it became in short supply, and eventually disappeared from the face of the Minecraft world altogether! In most cases, it remained with the pirates who robbed markets, people and others. And you may encounter a bag of seeds on their ship with a small chance... 1 bag = 1 use.

You can make this chamomile into a tea and get effects, or make a potion and get many effects too!

Let's start with tea, shall we? Of course, for this you will need a bottle of water which you put in the stove and you will get boiled water! I warn you right away! All these potions and so on are not covered by the bottle being given back to you, let's just say... for now they are disposable...

Then in crafting you can combine boiled water and medical chamomile! Oh and yes, when drinking boiled water, you will get a satiation effect. And when you drink medical chamomile tea, you will get a powerful effect!

You can also make tea from medicinal chamomile with sugar! And when drinking you will get the speed effect! You just need to combine tea with sugar! - Removed from mod

Now let's move on to potions...

Mixed Potion

This mixed potion got its name because it has many effects! But first, we need resin, which we will put in the potion maker and we will get a bottle of resin diluted with water. Also, let’s say this potion gives negative effects..

Then we add medical chamomile to this so-called potion and get a mixed potion!

Ladies and gentlemen, we are slowly, but getting closer to the end of this mod! Now I would like to tell you about three structures that may somehow change your interest in mining!

Structure of the Amber block

This structure was made in 5 variations, it was made so that Amber was generated in smaller quantities, not so often, not much and not little, and so that it would not stick out in large quantities in every

Structure Cracked Stone

Many people complained that it was difficult for them to find maranse ore in the desert! So, I created this structure just for you! It contains cracked manganese ore, and the stone itself is also cracked. Generation height from 0 to 320 is done for all desert structures, because the height of many blocks there is not clear.

Fossils in amber shell

In our world of Minecraft there are structures of fossil remains, but I decided to take these structures and put them in the so-called amber shell, but I do not replace the structures, but add new ones that are vanilla, they are cracked and not whole, but in mine they are intact in the shell , and there is ore inside. Generation of this structure from -54 to 67, chance of this structure appearing in the world = 0.015625%

And now we move on to our last and final release for today. This is a new trade. I've added 13 new trades, including 1 for the priest and 12 for the traveling merchant! The traveling merchant will have 5 random offers to choose from when he appears! Just from him you will be able to buy things for now for those same platinum, tin and bronze coins!

Let me remind you how to craft a brass ingot

Next we will start crafting brass armor!

Next we have tools and weapons made of brass!

As in other crafts of iron tools, strong rope is used

And now we move on to what was cut even in the 1.0.0 release - hoes, shovels and armor made of precious stones! But.. without armor! I won’t return it, don’t even ask! But according to the voting results, the majority wants to return the shovels and hoes! And here it is in this release in front of you! Their craft uses regular thin rope

Well, how could it be possible without Voobrosit tools!

Here's a small update! See you in the next major (possibly) update

RELEASE 4.0.0 - Structure Update - Completely removed, no version exists

Release 4.2.0 - Minor Additions

Release 4.2.0 - Minor Additions

Hello friends! A month later, I'm back with a new update! It appears as an addition, complication, correction, improvement. At the moment I am starting to work on another project and it is unlikely that I will return to this soon. There are a lot of things that haven't been done yet, but they will be done, so I fixed a lot of bugs just to please you.

Let's go through our list! Let's start with the fact that I was planning the next major update, but I did not calculate my strength, lost my temper and decided not to make this major update and put it on the far shelf! Instead, I decided to dedicate myself to fixing mistakes in fashion. A lot was cut, corrected, not much was added. I would also like to add that vanilla patterns can now be applied to custom armor.

Let's start by changing the crafting of the netherite ingot.

Netherite Ingot

Netherite Ingot can no longer be crafted at a workbench, but can now be crafted at an alloying table.

Next we will move on to Titan, one of the hell ores, which I decided to make better and more difficult in terms of mining.

Titanium Fragments

One of the hellish ores, one of the ores that leads to the extraction of the rarest stone Voobrozit. Now there is Titanium armor, weapons and tools. All crafting is done on the right table, where you will need a special template, a titanium ingot and a netherite item!

Sample Titanium Upgrade

A template that will give you the opportunity to upgrade to titanium items. The template can be found in Piglin Bastions. The chance of a Template appearing is equal to the chance of an upgrade template to netherite. This template can be bifurcated, but you will need to try hard to bifurcate it.

Titanium Ingot

This ingot has its own alloy and it has been remade.

Dead Seeds - Removed from mod

Seeds that fall from dried grass and have no meaning. For this purpose, they added crafting.

That's all for basic information about the mod. You can read the rest in the bugs and changes lines

Release 5.0.0 - 5.7.0 Food Update & Global Changes

Release 5.0.0 - 5.7.0 Food Update & Global Changes

Hello everybody! And I'm not coming back to you with empty paws again! As you know, in the summer, the developers paid attention to such a switch as Holiday Feature Creator, which allowed us to make mods without any problems. Now all the functions of the blocks are a solid script. I spent 2 months starting in September restoring the mod, changing some of its functions, deleted almost all the structures that I added in release 4.0.0, Deleted a lot of blocks and items, giving them a different life. And the release of 5.0.0 did not take place at all, but its name was Food Update. And even from this part of the update, I cut out a lot of things that I didn't like. In the same article, I will tell you right away about 2 updates, because both 5.0.0 made its own changes and 5.7.0 made its own global changes. So why delay? Let's get started!

Release 5.0.0 - Food Update

We'll start with the fact that release 5.0.0 was just supposed to be released sometime in the summer, but its release was prevented by removing the Holiday Feature Creator switch. After that, this mod was temporarily frozen until new codes, elements, functions and scripts were found out. Some scripts were borrowed from one of the mod developers, I have permission to use them. Here is the developer himself: Vlad360
After that, the mod began to go through painful fixes, changes and farewell to old functions..

But let's not talk about sad things! I'll tell you about one of those releases that didn't come out, but got its release after the mod was fixed! The food upgrade is based mostly on vanilla items, that is, the food that is added is made from vanilla items.

We will start with what will contribute to us for further crafting.

Milk in a bottle

This milk in a bottle can be obtained in an easy way, you only need a bucket of milk and 4 bottles

Sugar diluted with water

This is also used further for further crafting. And it is made from boiled water and sugar. Let me remind you that boiled water can be obtained by putting a bottle of water and melting it with something

Alcohol

Alcohol is what is used in future crafting of our release. It is made by melting sugar diluted with water

We continue further and I think we'll start with an apple! Let's start with the simplest!

Apple juice

It is not difficult to do, you will need a glass bottle and an apple

Aplle jam

Apple jam is made here from an apple, sugar, a bottle of water and a glass bottle

Apple marmalade

Apple marmalade is made from an apple, sugar and a bottle of water

Aplle pie

Apple pie is made from apple jam, apple, egg and milk in a bottle

It is made from wheat, the appropriate type of berries, sugar and milk

Pie Sweet berry/Glow berry

The pie is made from both the appropriate berry jam and the type of berries, an egg and milk in a bottle are also used

Next, we turn to nettles. Let me remind you that nettle was added to release 3.0.0 - A global update. There, nettles could only be found in the ordinary world and could only be cut with scissors, now breaking it with your hand with some chance you will get nettle seeds! You will be able to grow nettles and use them in both food crafting and tool crafting!

Nettle tea

It is made from boiled water and dried nettle bush

Nettle tincture

It is made from alcohol and a simple nettle bush

And so we found out about the update that couldn't be released this summer. Instead, it will be released with a second update that gives the mod a second life.

Well, well! We are moving on to update 5.7.0 - Global Changes. This release includes a complete redesign of the mod, all its blocks and items, giving some of them new features to use. Also, the stairs get a new possibility of rotation, I repeat, I was allowed to use this opportunity: Vlad360

Now the steps will not turn themselves in the right direction at the corner as they need to, they will just look in the same direction as the other step. Now to rotate it at the corner, you need to make a key combination

On the computer version: Shift + RMB at the same time, the hand should be empty

On the mobile version of Shift + Hold your finger on the screen on the directional block. Also, the hand should be free

As you may remember, in release 3.0.0 - Global Update, the ability to coat armor with zinc was added in order to give it more strength. Yes, and it was cut out of fashion, instead I gave a new life to the brass block. But in addition, I changed the crafting of brass and copper tools, weapons and armor, adding molten zinc to their crafting, which is now used on them as protection for oxidation (I did not give them the oxidation itself)

Sword Brass/Copper

Axe Brass/Copper

Pickaxe Brass/Copper

Shovel Brass/Copper

Hoe Brass/Copper

Here is the modified crafting for Brass and Copper Armor

Helmrt Brass/Copper

Chestplate Brass/Copper

Leggings Brass/Copper

Boots Brass/Copper

Well, then we move on to our brass blocks, which have also been oxidized! These blocks also have 4 oxidation stages like copper, but the time is completely different, so the oxidation of one brass block can occur from 30,000 ticks to 144,000 ticks, which is from 25 minutes to 2 hours of real time. In the console, zinc-coated brass blocks will be marked as: waxed at the beginning. This is done to simplify the addition of blocks. The screenshots show all kinds of brass blocks that can be oxidized. And here are the 4 stages of oxidation:

1. Brass Block

2. Exposed Brass

3. Weathered Brass

4. Oxidized Brass

The blocks also have their own particles of oxidation removal, zinc coating and coating removal

Zinc plated

The platinum apple, like the carrot, has also undergone its own changes in both texture and function. An apple is now made from 8 platinum ingots and an apple, and a carrot from 8 platinum nuggets and carrots, also carrots have effects and saturation like a golden carrot

Platinum apple

Platinum carrot

If you remember release 4.0.0 - A structural update, then you will probably remember those structures that were there, yes they remained, but all the structures of the upper world were deleted, except for the Secret Library, and the structures of hell and end were also changed and some were even deleted

And let's proceed to our last point of this update. A new potion, yes, I added a new potion, the potion of radiance, but it replaces the Opal Staff that had to be cut out of the mod, perhaps forever, the reason is not working, but I replaced it with a potion

Potion of radiance

In order to make the radiance potion, we need a standard base from the infernal growth

Then we need to add the end stone to it to get the dissolved end stone. It will certainly give you its effects

And then you can add opal and get a potion of radiance

See you dear friends! See you again!

Release 6.0.0 - Addition Desert

Release 6.0.0 - Addition Desert

Joshua Tree

I'll start by saying that the tree known to all of you called the Dry Oak was renamed the Joshua Tree. This tree has received new textures for foliage and saplings, received new structures.

Shell Rock

A new block, Shell Rock, has been added. This block has 4 colors: Yellow, Red, White and Gray, each of them has its own biome for generation. From fragments of Shell Rock and Cutter you can make a brick, and from 4 bricks you can make a block of Shell Rock Bricks

Biomes:

Yellow Shell Rock - Plains

Red Shell Rock - Taiga

White and Gray Shell Rocks - Desert

Date Palm

Next we move on to a new type of tree, new blocks of wood and a new fruit called Date, yes! I decided to add the Date Palm to the mod! This palm does not have generation in the world, it is generated so far only with two structures called: Mini Oasis. You can't grow dates yourself, you need to find an Oasis, then wait for the dates to grow, eat the date, get a date pit, and then plant it to grow the palm sapling itself! And only then grow a new palm from the sapling! Yes, there is a chance to get a sapling from the foliage, but it is very small.

Desert Sage

Next we move on to a new desert flower, Desert Sage, grows exclusively in the desert, you can make a dye from the flower, what kind? You ask, and I will answer you, purple!

Fennec Fox

And so this new desert animal, the Fennec Fox, a small desert animal, with floods of foxes, live as you understand in the desert, reproduce with dates

Desert Wandering Trader

Desert Wandering Trader, another desert mob, appears in the desert after a long time, dressed in desert clothes, has a Fennec Fox on a leash, this trader sells for those very coins that you thought would never get their functionality? Platinum, tin and bronze coins! Each of them has its own value, so good items will be expensive

Medicinal chamomile

Now it can be placed on the ground, like regular flowers.

Custom groups

The latest release 1.21.60 brought us, as mod developers, the ability to make our own groups, customize the placement of blocks and items. This is a good feature for us, we have been waiting for it for quite a long time! So do not worry if you do not see most of the blocks and items, because they are in their own groups

That's all the innovations, but I also continue to remove unnecessary things from the mod, in the meantime, almost all structures have already been cut out of the mod, for this release, many blocks of jasper and amber were cut out, I will make use of them later, because due to the fact that Mojang added resin, I had to slightly rework the crafts and extraction of resin, now you can get resin by smelting a shard of amber or processed amber. It's time to deal with the ore of the overworld...

Also, about 200 new crafts were added, including the ability to make profession blocks for residents from custom wood blocks, as well as for other blocks such as hives, chests, etc. Also, crafts were added to the Stonecutter. His crafts included blocks such as Brass, Amber, Jasper, Smoky Quartz and Shell Rock.

Release 7.0.0 - Nature's Embrace

Release 7.0.0 - Nature's Embrace

Hello players! And welcome to the new major update! The seventh major update! The name of which is Nature's Embrace. This update might not have been major if it had not been for one person's suggestion. Update 6.5.0, if it had come out like this, would have included only an update to the forest biomes, so the original name was Adition Forest, but we had to touch as many as 4 biomes! Forest, Taiga, Flower Forest, Swampland. In this update you will find new types of trees, new ores and mobs, and changes in armor crafting since version 3.0.0

I'll probably start by showing you an example of the updated armor craft. This craft concerns armor such as: Iron, Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Platinum, Tin, Bronze, Brass, Lead, Rose Gold, Steel. Now to create armor you will need: Base for armor, in our case Base for an Iron Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots. Then we will need an Ingot, in our case an Iron Ingot. We will also need a Plate, this is a new item that I will mention below, in our case we need an Iron Plate. And how could we do without our favorite Molten Manganese?

Helmet

Chestplate

Leggings

Boots

Also, the crafts were changed: Diamond tools and armor, Netherite tools, armor, ingot, I will tell you about the complexity of their craft later, but for now we will proceed to new ores! One of the first new ores we have is Lead!

Lead Ore

Lead, one of the new ore types, has an ore type in both Stone and Deepslate. Without this ore, you will not be able to make Diamond Armor and tools, unfortunately, and without them you will not be able to make Netherite, oh yeah! I completely forgot.. it is not so easy to make Netherite now..

Lead Items

Now we will have to go through a long path of many crafts, believe me, you will get tired of reading this, just as I will get tired of making this article

Lead Ingot

Lead Nugget

Raw Lead Block

Lead Block

Lead Debris

Lead Debris Block

Now we need to learn how to make one tool to continue our crafts.

Copper Hammer

Lead Plate

Our plate is made from 1 ingot and 3 nuggets.

Lead Handle

Our Lead Handle is made from 2 sticks, 2 Lead Plates, Molten Manganese and a Copper Hammer.

Durable Lead Wire

Base for a Lead Helmet

Base for a Lead Chestplate

Base for a Lead Leggings

Base for a Lead Boots

Lead Attachment

Without this item you will not be able to make Lead tools, Diamond and Netherite tools. In our case, from lead, we need: Lead Ingot, Lead Hammer and Molten Manganese

Lead Sword Attachment

Lead Axe Attachment

Lead Pickaxe Attachment

Lead Shovel Attachment

Lead Hoe Attachment

Now let's look at how we can make Lead armor and weapons?

Lead Armor

As I mentioned above, the new armor crafting, I will remind you of it again using the example of Lead armor, and then Rose Gold, as well as Steel. As I mentioned earlier, we will need a Plate, in our case a Lead Plate, we will also need an Ingot, we have a Lead Ingot, and we will also need a Base for armor, in our case a Base for a Lead Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings, Boots, and how not without our favorite Molten Manganese

Lead Helmet

Lead Chestplate

Lead Leggings

Lead Boots

I also forgot to tell you that you can put on any armor Base you have, but don't use it as armor, it has a strength of 1 unit.

Lead Tools

Now we will discuss with you how to make our Lead tools. Here we will need a previously made Lead Handle, we will also need Molten Manganese again, as well as Tool Attachments that we previously created.

Lead Sword

Lead Axe

Lead Pickaxe

Lead Shovel

Lead Hoe

Now we're moving on to Rose Gold! It's not an ore, it's an alloy.

Rose Gold

There are two types of alloy for a Rose Gold ingot, use whichever one is convenient for you. We have Rose Gold Armor, Tools, Blocks

Rose Ingot

To alloy a Rose Gold Ingot, you will need: Copper, Gold, Zinc and Molten Manganese, but let me remind you that we have 2 types of alloy, For the first alloy we will need 50% Copper and 50% Gold, as well as Molten Manganese. And for the second alloy, we need 70% Gold, 20% Copper and 10% Zinc, but again, not without Molten Manganese.

Rose Gold Nugget

Rose Gold Debris

Rose Gold Debris Block

Rose Gold Block

Durable Rose Gold Wire

Rose Gold Plate

Base for a Rose Gold Helmet

Base for a Rose Gold Chestplate

Base for a Rose Gold Leggings

Base for a Rose Gold Boots

Rose Golden Helmet

Rose Golden Chestplate

Rose Golden Leggings

Rose Golden Boots

Rose Golden Tools

Our Rose Gold tools are made the same way as the other tools before, not like Lead, but like the usual Cobalt, Iron or Copper. Here we will need one of the handles, either a sword handle or a handle for other types of tools, then we will need Strong Rope and Rose Gold Ingots\

Rose Golden Sword

Rose Golden Axe

Rose Golden Pickaxe

Rose Golden Shovel

Rose Golden Hoe

Next we move on to another alloy, this is Steel.

Steel

Steel is not very difficult to make, but I still have to try to make it. First we need some Hot Coal.

Hot Coal

It is made by melting charcoal/coal.

Red-Hot Iron Ingot

This item is obtained by combining an Iron Ingot and 3 Hot Coals in an alloy table. It can also be melted to produce Molten Metal. We will still need it in the future.

Ingot Base

Once you have made a Red-Hot Iron Ingot, combine 4 of them with a Lead Hammer and Molten Manganese to get an Ingot Base.

Steel Ingot

After you have received Ingot Base you need to smelt it in the furnace.

And then, the classics!

Steel Nugget

Steel Debris

Steel Debris Block

Steel Block

Steel Plate

Durable Steel Wire

Steel Handle

This is where Molten Metal comes in handy for the first time, but the Steel handle itself is made from 2 Lead Handles, 2 Steel Plates, Molten Metal (instead of Manganese) and a Lead Hammer

Base for a Steel Helmet

Base for a Steel Chestplate

Base for a Steel Leggings

Base for a Steel Boots

Steel Armor

Steel armor is made like the previous types of armor, but instead of Molten Manganese we will use Molten Metal.

Steel Helmet

Steel Chestplate

Steel Leggings

Steel Boots

Steel Attachments

And here we will also need Molten Metal, and we will also need Steel Ingots and a Lead Hammer

Steel Sword Attachment

Steel Axe Attachment

Steel Pickaxe Attachment

Steel Shovel Attachment

Steel Hoe Attachment

Steel Tools

Our Steel tools are made in the same way as Lead. Only instead of Molten Manganese we use Molten Metal.

Steel Sword

Steel Axe

Steel Pickaxe

Steel Shovel

Steel Hoe

Now we go down a level, because you are not yet familiar with how to create diamond armor and tools, and netherite ones too.

Tempered Glass

Let's start with this, this Tempered Glass, is needed to create a Flask in which you will melt diamonds in the future, yes, yes, Diamonds, you heard right my dear Players! You can get tempered glass by melting down regular glass, you just temper it.

Tempered Glass Flask

Yes, yes, this is exactly where you will melt the Diamonds. Two flasks are made from 5 Tempered Glasses.

Diamond Fragments

You will have to turn diamonds into this state, then put them in the Flask, and then melt them down. You need a Diamond and a Lead Hammer.

Flask with Diamonds

Yes, you will have to splurge on diamonds, but don't worry, this is not for Diamond armor, but for Netherite... The craft consists of 4 diamond fragments and a Flask.

Molten Diamonds

And now you need to melt it all down.

Let's, since we've started, go through everything we'll need in the future for Netherite, otherwise I'll confuse you even more, although I'll do it anyway.

Diamond Handle

Well, without this you won't be able to make anything Netherite from tools. You'll need a Lead Handle, Two Diamonds, and of course, Molten Manganese!

You won't need these items now to create Diamond Armor, this is all for Netherite, for the future. To make them we will need a Lead Armor Base, Diamonds and Molten Manganese.

Base for a Diamond Helmet

Base for a Diamond Chestplate

Base for a Diamond Leggings

Base for a Diamond Boots

Well, it seems like everything is from blanks, but no, not everything! I'll show you right away how to make Attachments for Diamond Tools! So that later I can immediately show you the finished crafts for Diamond Tools and armor! For these you will need a Lead Tool Nozzle, you will also need Diamonds and Molten Manganese.

Diamond Sword Attachment

Diamond Axe Attachment

Diamond Pickaxe Attachment

Diamond Shovel Attachment

Diamond Hoe Attachment

Well, I'll show you right away how to make our Diamond Tools. Here we will need from the handles, for the sword or other tools, then we need a Strong Rope and the Tool Attachment itself

Diamond Sword

Diamond Axe

Diamond Pickaxe

Diamond Shovel

Diamond Hoe

Now we'll figure out how to make Diamond Armor. It's simple! Instead of a Lead Armor Base, you'll need the Lead Armor itself! And the same amount of Diamonds and Molten Manganese.

Diamond Helmet

Diamond Chestplate

Diamond Leggings

Diamond Boots

The Diamonds are finished, it's time to go down to hell... You thought it would be so easy to get Netherite Armor!? Nooo, I won't let you do that.. because I don't want to, I thirst for your torment! You won't be able to make tools! I've blocked this opportunity for you! You'll have to try a little harder to dig around in the Nether.

Yes, now you will need: Diamond Armor Base, Diamond Handle, Diamond Tool Attachments, Molten Diamonds, and lots and lots of Netherite!

Let's start with the Netherite Armor Base, no! First I'll show you how to make a Netherite Ingot and Plate.

Netherite Ingot

Now to create one Netherite Ingot you need 4 Gold Plates and 4 Netherite Scrap, as well as Molten Diamonds.

Netherite Plate

Now let's make Bases for Netherite Armor! Here you will need to simply combine everything with a Netherite Ingot and a Forging Template according to the classics.

Base for a Netherite Helmet

Base for a Netherite Chestplate

Base for a Netherite Leggings

Base for a Netherite Boots

Get some duct tape ready, your faces are going to explode when you see the Netherite Armor craft! Hahahahaha! You will need Netherite Plates, Netherite Ingots, Molten Diamonds, Netherite Armor Base

Netherite Helmet

Netherite Chestplate

Netherite Leggings

Netherite Boots

Well then? Shall we move on to making Netherite Tools? Diamond Tool Attachments also need to be turned into Netherite, and then the Diamond Handle needs to be turned into Netherite and that's awesome!!

Netherite Sword Attachment

Netherite Axe Attacnment

Netherite Pickaxe Attachmen

Netherite Shovel Attachment

Netherite Hoe Attachment

Netherite Handle

For Netherite Tools we need: Netherite Handle, Netherite Attachment and Molten Diamonds.

Netherite Sword

Netherite Axe

Netherite Pickaxe

Netherite Shovel

Netherite Hoe

I think we're done with the harder part! As you probably noticed, there are some new blocks, they're called Debris Blocks. They're made from Debris, yes, you can't make ingots from nuggets, but you can make Debris from them, and from this Debris you can make a Block, and you can melt the Block into an ingot! Yes, I changed the repair of custom armor and tools, for them you now need either an Ingot or a whole Tool, now they can't be repaired with Debris.

Iron Debris / Block

Gold Debris / Block

Copper Debris Block

Cobalt Debris Block

Platinum Debris Block

Tin Debris Block

Bronze Debris Block

Brass Debris Block

You may have also noticed a new item called Plate which is used in crafting Iron, Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Platinum, Tin, Bronze, Brass, Lead, Rose Gold, Steel Armor. To craft them, you need an Ingot, Nuggets, and either a Copper or Lead Hammer.

Iron Plate

Gold Plate

Copper Plate

Cobalt Plate

Platinum Plate

Tin Plate

Bronze Plate

Brass Plate

So, we've covered most of the new update! I'd like to add some information about the new Record from me at the end.

Music Disc

TheWanderFox - Wisteria of the Wood

The plate needs to be crafted, and in order for it not to just come to you, you need to dive into the End in order to get Opal and Gravitonium, but you will also need Iron Plates and an Amethyst Shard (I can replace it with a Moonstone)

I would also like to please you with the fact that now there is a description for some items!

And now we only have to sort out new types of trees and new plants! After which, with new knowledge, you can dive into the new Update!

Maple Wood

The Maple Tree, a new tree that generates in the Forest biome, is rare to find and has no particular use yet, but may appear in the future.

Blue Wisteria

Blue, Pink, Purple and White Wisteria! New tree types that add variety to the Flower Forest biome!

Pink Wisteria

Purple Wisteria

White Wisteria

So we are done with trees! Let's move on to the very last remaining part, these are new plants and mobs of course

Cattails

This plant lives in our swamp, it grows there and all that, it cannot be propagated, but you can make Brown dye from it

Small Cactus

This plant lives in our desert, you can propagate it with bone meal, and of course make Green dye

Champignon

This is a new type of Mushroom that you can find in biomes such as Forest and Taiga, without it you will not be able to make Stewed Mushrooms.

Raspberry

A new type of berry, you can find it both in the Forest and in the Taiga.

Wild Blueberry

Wild Blueberry is a new berry that appears in the Swamps and Forest.

Black Currant

Another new berry, appears in the same way as Raspberry in the Forest and Taiga

New Flowers

Now I suggest you look at the new flowers, all flowers are generated in the Flower Forest, now I will list the new types of flowers:

- Iris - Magenta Dye

- Daffodil White - White Dye

- Daffodil Yellow - Yellow Dye

- Hyacinth Blue - Light Blue Dye

- Hyacinth Pink - Pink Dye

- Hyacinth Purple - Purple Dye

- Hyacinth White - White Dye

- Marigold Yellow - Yellow Dye

- Marigold Orange - Orange Dye

- Marigold Red - Red Dye

Forest Fox

New species of fox, lives only in the Forest biome

Hedgehog

Yes, it's a Hedgehog! It lives in such biomes as Forest and Taiga

Butterfly

Butterflies! Another new mob! Lives in the Flower Forest biome

Release 7.3.6 - Expanding Horizons

Hello Players! It's been a long time since we've seen each other.. I'll be honest, the update isn't big, it just adds new biomes, some changes and a new block, the Silt Block, and from it other variations of blocks, so yeah, let's take a look at this already small update! Let's start with new biomes!

Date Palm Beach

This biome allows you to find Date Palms here. Generated in the desert

Maple Forest

Maple now has its own biome, this biome is generated only in forests

Wisteria Forest

In the previous version, new types of Wisteria trees were added, they were generated crookedly and only in the Flower Forest, but now they have their own biome, which is generated only in the Flower Forest

Well now we can move on to the next block!

Silt Block

So, the Silt Block is a new type of block in this mod, it only generates in the swamp, so it won't be easy to find, let me explain it to you in more detail?

The silt block has several types:

- Silt Block
- Silt Bricks
- Polished Silt Bricks
- Petrified Silt Block
- Petrified Silt Bricks
- Polished Petrified Silt Bricks
- Reinforced Silt Block
- Reinforced Silt Bricks
- Polished Reinforced Silt Bricks
- Petrified Reinforced Silt Block
- Petrified Reinforced Silt Bricks
- Polished Petrified Reinforced Silt Bricks

Yes, perhaps as you understood from the name of the main blocks, the blocks have a Petrified stage, yes, the fact is that over time the block can petrify, or you can speed up the process in the furnace. You can return it to its original state with a bucket of water, because if you break the Petrified stage of the block, you will get its fragments, and if you break a non-petrified block, you will get it. That's why there are 4 such items.

- Silt

- Silt Fragments

- Reinforced Silt

- Reinforced Silt Fragments

Silt Lump/Fried Silt Lump

From the Silt you can make Silt Lump, which you can roast in the oven and eat, and even raw, it will just give you less satiety

Silt Paste

Silt Paste is very nutritious and is made from: Silt Lump, Champignon, Dried Kelp and Bowl

Music Disc

TheWanderFox - Misty Marshes

You will receive this record if Stray kills Bogged

Silt/Reinforced Silt

As I said above, Fragments dropped from Petrified Blocks can be softened and turned into a regular item, in our case, Silt or Reinforced Silt. To do this, we need a Fragment and a Bottle of Water

Reinforced Silt Block

This is a reinforced type of Silt Block that is harder to break, made from Silt Block, Gravel, Sand and Bone Meal

Silt Block/Bricks/Slab/Stairs

Petrified Silt Bricks/Slab/Stairs

Reinforced Silt Block/Brciks/Slab/Stairs

Petrified Reinforced Bricks/Slab/Stairs

Due to the fact that Mojang started adding vanilla copper items to Minecraft, I was forced to remove Copper Armor and Tools, but I remade the complexity of crafting copper armor and tools for vanilla copper armor. Therefore, I strongly advise you to turn on these two switches! One of them is responsible for the fact that you will still have Copper Armor with Tools, but if you do not turn it on, you will not have Copper items, even custom ones. The second switch allows you to generate custom biomes, without them you will not have them.

BETA 7.8.3 - PUBLIC BETA

Hello players! It's been a while. There's too much content to add to the new version, so I'm making a public beta! THIS IS A BETA! BUGS AND ERRORS ARE POSSIBLE! IF YOU FIND ANY, PLEASE REPORT THEM ASAP!

Let's start with the fact that a new biome, the Sunken Forest, was added, along with a new mob, the Floodjaw, and a new tree, the Fossilwood.

Sunken Forest

Floodjaw

The shark that lives there, if you don't touch it, it won't hurt you, but you can get a new record from it.

Fossilwood

A new type of tree, isn't it?

Abyssal Quartz

New Record

TheWanderFox - Sunken Memories

Let's move on to new items, without which you won't be able to make new items, tools, and armor. Yes, it sounds crazy, but based on complaints, I made Irrealite armor and tools more difficult. This, by the way, is the former Voobrozit Ore.

Spear Handle

Did you think I'd leave the spears unnoticed? No, you're very wrong, I also added custom spears.

Lead Spear Attachment

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, all crafts that used Molten Manganese now use Molten Metal, because with the new version, Manganese has been completely cut out of the mod, OFFICIALLY!

Steel Spear Attachment

Diamond Spear Attachment

Netherite Spear Attachment

Netherite has also received some attention! Now, to craft Titanium Armor, you'll need Molten Netherite!

Flask of Netherite Scrap

As you understand, it is made from the same flask that is made of tempered glass and netherite scrap.

Molten Netherite

Now let's just melt the whole thing, it's not that hard, right?

Netherite Hammer

We also have a new tool, without which we cannot make a new item. To craft it we need a Netherite Handle, a Netherite Ingot, a Plate and Molten Diamonds.

Titanium Plate

And here's our new prized item. Crafted from two Titanium Ingots and a Netherite Hammer.

Unmanifested Ingot

This ingot is nothing until you turn it into the right ingot... you'll find out later what you can turn it into. And so it is made from Netherite Ingot, Ether Dust, Crystal and Obsidian. You'll find out what Ether is later.

Scarsite Hammer

Remember Shortage? Oh yeah, it's not called that anymore—it's Scarsite now. And yes, this guy got his due too; now you need the Scarsite Hammer! It is made from Titanium Handle, Molten Netherite and Scarsite.

Sample Irrealite Upgrade

Unfortunately, without this you won't be able to make Irrealite armor and tools for yourself. You have to pay a lot for the power... As you can see here we need Scarsite, Scarsite Hammer and Irrealite.

Irrealite Ingot

Now we can talk about using the Unmanifested Ingot! Yes, it's needed to make the Irrealite Ingot! And with this ingot, you make Irrealite Armor and Tools. We will need: Unmanifested Ingot, Molten Aether Dust, Scarsite Hammer, Irrealite and Sample Irrealite Upgrade

Malachite Spear

As I said, I added custom spears, and spears like Malachite, Ruby, Sapphire, Onyx, and Topaz use Rope in crafting, while the rest use Strong Rope. Remember this, I won't repeat it a hundred times.

Rube Spear

Sapphire Spear

Onyx Spear

Topaz Spear

Emerald Spear

Cobalt Spear

Platinum Spear

Tin Spear

Bronze Spear

Brass Spear

Rose Golden Spear

Lead Spear

Steel Spear

Copper Spear

Iron Spear

Golden Spear

Diamond Spear

Netherite Spear

So now we can move on to new ore, to a new structure and to new items.

Meteor

This is a new structure that contains a new ore that can only be mined with a strong pickaxe. The minimum pickaxe required to mine it is the Titanium Pickaxe.

Ethereal Ore

Ethereal Ore, the ore without which you cannot make Irrealite Armor. The mined ore will drop Ethereal Dust for you, and you'll figure out what to do next.

Flask of Ethereal Dust

To craft it, you need Ethereal Dust and a Tempered Glass Flask

Molten Ethereal Dust

Ethereal Amalgam

It's all done just as simply, you need Molten Ether Dust and Ether Dust

Ethereal Shard

Smelt the Ethereal Amalgam to obtain an Ethereal Shard

Ethereal Weaving

This is the most essential thing you need to make from Ethereal Shard and Molten Ethereal Dust

Ethereal Sword Attachment

For all crafts related to Armor Attachments and Bases, Titanium Attachments or Bases, Ethereal Weaving, Molten Ethereal Dust, Scarsite, and Scarsite Hammer will be used.

Ethereal Spear Attachment

Ethereal Axe Attachment

Ethereal Pickaxe Attachment

Ethereal Shovel Attachment

Ethereal Hoe Attachment

Base for a Ethereal Helmet

Base for a Ethereal Chestplate

Base for a Ethereal Leggings

Base for a Ethereal Boots

Scarsite Pickaxe Attachment

The Scarsite Pickaxe has also received a complication upgrade, now you need to have an Attachment for this pickaxe. It is made from Scarsite, Titanium Ingots, Molten Netherite and a Netherite Hammer.

Scarsite Pickaxe

And here we use our Attachment, Molten Netherite and Titanium Handle.

Pickaxe Hell and Paradise

Due to the removal of the Crystal Pickaxe and Reinforced Pickaxe Hell and Paradise, I have reworked and changed the crafting of this pickaxe, now you need to have for its crafting: Crystal, Titanium Ingot, Molten Netherite, Titanium Handle

Base for a Leather Cap

Did you think I'd leave the Leather Armor unnoticed? No, you're wrong, it's also under attack now. Get ready... maybe the wooden and stone tools will get hit too? Who knows... To create the base and the armor itself, we will need String, Wool, and Leather.

Base for a Leather Tunic

Base for a Leather Pants

Base for a Leather Boots

Leather Cap

Leather Tunic

Leather Pants

Leather Boots

Titanium Sword Attachment

Since we're on the topic of complications, Titanium Tools and Armor are also under attack. Attachments and Armor Bases are crafted the same way as before. Titanium Armor and Tools require a Titanium Upgrade, a Titanium Ingot, and a Netherite item, or something else.

Titanium Spear Attachment

Titanium Axe Attachment

Titanium Pickaxe Attachment

Titanium Shovel Attachment

Titanium Hoe Attachment

Titanium Sword

To craft the tools, you will need a Titanium Attachment, Molten Netherite, and a Titanium Handle

Titanium Helmet

Armor is a bit more complex. Here you'll need a Titanium Ingot, Titanium Plate, Titanium Base, and Molten Netherite.

Titanium Chestplate

Titanium Leggings

Titanium Boots

Moving on to the final complication for this update... and that is, of course, Irrealite!

Irrealite Sword Attachment

Well, we've reached the point where it deserves a more complex build, so let's get started! To increase the complexity of the tools, we need: an Ethereal Attachment, Molten Ethereal Dust, Scarsite Hammer,

Irrealite Ingot, and Irrealite Update. Did you think it would be that easy? You won't!

Irrealite Spear Attachment

Irrealite Axe Attachment

Irrealite Pickaxe Attachment

Irrealite Shovel Attachment

Irrealite Hoe Attachment

Irrealite Sword

To create the tool itself, you will need to have a Titanium Handle, Molten Ethereal Dust and Attachment

Irrealite Spear

Irrealite Axe

Irrealite Pickaxe

Irrealite Shovel

Irrealite Hoe

Irrealite Helmet

And here's the armor! Here's what we need to craft it: Ethereal Base, Molten Ethereal Dust, Scarsite Hammer, Irrealite Ingot, Irrealite Update

Irrealite Chestplate

Irrealite Leggings

Ores and Biomes Release 9.0.0 - Twilight Below Update

Hello, explorers, and welcome to Ores and Biomes!

Beyond the familiar landscapes of Minecraft, an entirely new journey awaits. Wander beneath the golden canopies of the Maple Forest, discover the strange life of the Twilight Mushroom Grove, explore the ruins hidden within the Sunken Forest, and descend into the crushing darkness of the Hadal Depths.

New biomes, trees, building blocks, ores, equipment, creatures, music, ancient structures, and unique mechanics have been woven together to make every expedition feel like a true discovery.

Prepare your equipment, choose your path, and remember: the deeper you travel, the more the world changes around you.

Maple Forest

How the Maple Forest Came to Life

The story of the Maple Forest did not begin with plans for an entire biome. Originally, the maple tree was created simply for fun as a small experiment, without any serious plans for its future. Later, purely out of curiosity, a biome was built around it to see how the tree would look as part of its own environment instead of standing alone.

At first, the Maple Forest was more of an entertaining experiment than a finished part of the add-on. Over time, however, it became clear that the biome had its own atmosphere and plenty of potential. I decided not to leave it as a simple test and instead develop it into something complete, polished, and beautiful.

That single tree, created just for fun, eventually grew into a fully realized autumn forest with its own vegetation, building blocks, atmosphere, and small unique features. Today, the Maple Forest is no longer a random addition—it has become one of the warmest and most colorful parts of Ores and Biomes.

Maple Forest Items

The Maple Forest introduces three new items that allow players to collect real maple syrup.

Tapping Drill

The Tapping Drill is used to prepare a maple tree for sap collection. It is crafted with two Iron Ingots and two Sticks, arranged diagonally.

Hold the drill and use it on the side of a Maple Log. This will create a tapped log and consume one point of the drill’s durability. The drill can only be used on regular Maple Logs.

Maple Syrup Collection Tap

The collection tap is crafted with three Maple Planks, one Bucket, and one Iron Nugget.

Attach it to the drilled side of a Maple Log and wait for its container to fill. The tree must remain intact, with its trunk, and leaves above the top of the tree.

Once the tap is full, use an empty Glass Bottle on it to collect a Maple Syrup Bottle.

Twilight Mushroom Grove

The Twilight Mushroom Grove is a rare variation of the Mushroom Fields that can partially replace the original biome during world generation.

Three new mushroom species grow throughout the biome:

  • Twilight Mushroom
  • Golden Spore Mushroom
  • Azure Lantern Mushroom

Each mushroom can be collected and grown with Bone Meal into a giant mushroom with its own unique shape, stem, and cap blocks.

Biome Inhabitants

Three matching varieties of mushroom cows inhabit the grove in small herds:

  • Twilight Mushroom Cow
  • Golden Spore Mushroom Cow
  • Azure Lantern Mushroom Cow

Their main features follow the mechanics of vanilla Mooshrooms. They can be bred with Wheat, milked with a Bucket, and sheared. Shearing turns them into ordinary cows and drops five mushrooms of their respective type.

Using a Bowl on one of these cows provides the matching Mushroom Stew.

Each cow can also be fed its own mushroom. Afterward, using a Bowl on it will provide a special Suspicious Stew:

  • The Twilight Mushroom provides Invisibility for 45 seconds
  • The Golden Spore Mushroom provides Regeneration for 10 seconds
  • The Azure Lantern Mushroom provides Night Vision for 3 minutes

What You Can Obtain

Two matching mushrooms and a Bowl can be combined to create a unique Mushroom Stew. Combining a Red Mushroom, Brown Mushroom, one of the new mushrooms, and a Bowl creates its corresponding Suspicious Stew.

Combining all three new mushroom types creates a Twilight Spore Clump. It can be eaten, although doing so causes an extremely powerful nausea effect.

Sunken Forest

The Sunken Forest was once an ordinary land covered in dense woodland. Over time, the ground began to sink deeper and deeper until the ocean completely consumed the forest. The water destroyed much of its former life, but the trees did not disappear—their wood slowly fossilized and became preserved beneath the waves.

Despite this disaster, the forest did not become entirely lifeless. Underwater grass and roots spread between the ancient trunks, while deposits of Abyssal Quartz began to form across the seabed. New vegetation adapted to a world without air or direct sunlight, transforming the remains of the old forest into a unique underwater ecosystem.

The Sunken Forest is a reminder of the world that existed before the ocean arrived. Its fossilized trees still rise from the seabed, as if trying to preserve the shape of a forest that vanished long ago.

Development History

The Sunken Forest was introduced before the other three new biomes. It was already present in version 7.8.3 - the very first public beta release of Ores and Biomes.

This biome became the add-on’s first attempt to expand the underwater world with unique vegetation, trees, blocks, and resources. The Maple Forest, Twilight Mushroom Grove, and Hadal Depths came later, but the Sunken Forest will always remain the place where the story of this update’s new biomes began.

Bathyal Ore and the Pressure Suit

Bathyal Ore

Bathyal Ore is a rare deep-sea metal found beneath the Sunken Forest, approximately between Y 48 and Y −45. It generates in small veins and has two variants: one embedded in Deepslate and another in Deepseaslate.

At least an Iron Pickaxe is required to mine it. Breaking the ore provides Raw Bathyal, which can be smelted in either a Furnace or Blast Furnace to produce a Bathyal Ingot.

Two Bathyal Ingots can be shaped into a Bathyal Plate with the help of a Netherite Hammer. These plates form the protective shell of the new pressure suit.

Bathyal Pressure Suit

The Bathyal Pressure Suit consists of four pieces:

  • Helmet
  • Chestplate
  • Leggings
  • Boots

It is assembled at the Table for Making using Bathyal Plates, steel armor bases, Pressure Seals, and Durable Steel Wire. The helmet also requires Tinted Glass, while the chestplate contains a Pressure Regulator.

All special abilities require the complete suit to be equipped.

A complete Bathyal Pressure Suit:

  • provides 15 points of armor
  • completely protects the wearer from Pressure Stages I, II, and III
  • supplies 10 minutes of underwater breathing
  • can be repaired with Bathyal Ingots

The breathing supply is consumed only while the player is underwater and wearing the complete suit. Leaving the water or removing any part of the suit preserves the remaining breathing time.

The player receives warnings when only one minute and then ten seconds of breathing remain.

The Bathyal Pressure Suit does not protect against Pressure Stages IV and V. Exploring the Hadal Depths requires upgrading it into the Hadal Pressure Exosuit.

Recharging the Breathing Regulator

The breathing regulator is recharged with Abyssal Quartz.

Simply keep at least one piece in your inventory. When the ten-minute breathing supply is completely depleted, the regulator automatically consumes one Abyssal Quartz and restores another 10 minutes of underwater breathing.

The suit does not need to be removed, and the quartz does not need to be placed into a separate slot. If no Abyssal Quartz is available, Water Breathing ends until more fuel is added to the inventory.

Pressure System

Pressure is a new mechanic that makes deep-sea exploration considerably more dangerous. It becomes active when the player is fully submerged in the Overworld. The deeper the player descends, the higher the pressure stage becomes.

The current stage is displayed on the screen. Without suitable protective equipment, pressure accelerates air loss, deals damage, shakes the camera, and begins obscuring vision at the most dangerous depths.

Pressure Stages in Normal Waters

Stage I: Y52 to Y39 - Air is consumed faster than normal, but pressure does not directly damage the player yet.

Stage II: Y 38 to Y 25 - Air drains considerably faster and the camera begins to shake slightly. The player takes half a heart of damage approximately every 12 seconds.

Stage III: Y 24 to Y 11 - Air is lost very rapidly and camera shaking becomes more noticeable. The player takes half a heart of damage approximately every 1.75 seconds.

Stage IV: Y 10 to Y 0 - Air is depleted almost immediately. The camera shakes heavily and vision periodically darkens. Pressure deals one and a half hearts of damage approximately every 0.75 seconds.

Stage IV: Below Y 0 - Maximum pressure. Air disappears almost instantly, vision is repeatedly obscured, and the camera shakes violently. The player takes two hearts of damage every 0.5 seconds.

Pressure in the Hadal Depths

The first three pressure stages do not exist within the Hadal Depths. Pressure begins immediately at Stage IV:

  • Stage IV is active between Y 62 and Y 43
  • Stage V is active at Y 42 and below

This makes ordinary underwater equipment and the Bathyal Pressure Suit unsuitable for fully exploring the biome.

Water Breathing and Protection

The ordinary Water Breathing effect does not protect the player from pressure itself. During Stages I and II, it only slightly reduces the additional air loss. From Stage III onward, the effect becomes useless against pressure.

True protection requires a complete specialized suit:

  • The Bathyal Pressure Suit completely protects against Stages I-III
  • The Hadal Pressure Exosuit protects against every stage from I-V

Removing even one piece disables the suit’s pressure protection.

Environmental Effects

The pressure of the Hadal Depths is dangerous not only to the player. Most ordinary passive creatures cannot survive there for long. Organic items dropped into the water-including meat, fish, leather, feathers, and similar materials-rapidly decay within the biome.

Creatures adapted to the Hadal Depths are unaffected. If a player is killed by this mechanic, the death message states that they were crushed by the pressure of the Abyss.

Hadal Depths

The Hadal Depths were not always a dark underwater biome. An ancient Umbral Forest once stood in this place, surrounding the settlements of an unknown civilization. Its enormous trees were sustained by Umbral Hearts-living cores hidden within their trunks that carried life throughout the entire tree.

Deep beneath the forest’s roots, however, a force unlike ordinary water pressure was slowly accumulating. It compressed stone, forced air away, and affected every living creature. Eventually, this force awakened. The ground could no longer withstand it and began to collapse, allowing the ocean to flood the enormous basin and bury both the forest and its settlements.

This event created the Hadal Depths, and it was here that Pressure first came into existence.

Over time, its influence spread beyond the biome and reached other deep bodies of water. The farther a location is from its source, the weaker the effect becomes. This is why normal oceans begin with Pressure Stage I and gradually become more dangerous with depth, while the Hadal Depths begin immediately at Stage IV.

Two Types of Umbral Trees

After the forest was submerged, its trees separated into two distinct forms.

Living Umbral Trees still contain functioning hearts. These cores continue circulating life through their trunks, allowing the trees to preserve their leaves and produce Living Umbral Saplings. They are rare remnants of the forest that existed before the disaster.

Even these hearts cannot resist Pressure forever. Over time, they pass through four stages:

  • Living Umbral Heart
  • Fading Umbral Heart
  • Almost Faded Umbral Heart
  • Dead Umbral Heart

As the heart fades, the tree gradually loses its ability to sustain life.

Dead Umbral Trees are those whose hearts have completely faded. Their wood has darkened and no longer carries its former life energy. They can no longer grow naturally, but their trunks remain standing across the seabed as the remains of the lost forest.

Living and dead trees now exist beside one another, turning the biome into a place where the forest’s past and present are physically intertwined.

The Origin of Pressure

Pressure within the Hadal Depths is not merely the result of extreme depth. It is an independent force born beneath the ancient Umbral Forest. It can force air from living creatures, damage their bodies, destroy organic materials, and transform anything exposed to it for too long.

The Hadal Depths are the heart of this force. This is why ordinary underwater survival methods are almost useless there, while the biome’s creatures and plants have either adapted to Pressure-or become part of it.

Abyssal Crystals

Glowing formations of Abyssal Crystal can be found across the floor of the Hadal Depths. They generate as several varieties of small underwater geodes and illuminate their surroundings with a cold turquoise light.

At the center of each formation is a Budding Abyssal Crystal. It gradually produces crystals on any available side, including directly underwater. Every crystal passes through four growth stages:

  • Small Abyssal Crystal Bud
  • Medium Abyssal Crystal Bud
  • Large Abyssal Crystal Bud
  • Abyssal Crystal Cluster

The budding block should be left intact, as it is the only block capable of producing new buds and can be used to create a renewable crystal farm.

Shards are obtained by mining a Large Bud or fully grown Cluster with a Pickaxe. The Fortune enchantment increases the number of shards received. Nine shards can be crafted into a decorative Abyssal Crystal Block, which can also be converted back into shards.

An Abyssal Crystal Shard is also used to craft the music disc fragment associated with the Hadal Depths.

Abyssal Crystal and Abyssal Quartz are separate materials. The pressure suit’s breathing regulator is recharged specifically with Abyssal Quartz.

Living Umbral Tree

A Living Umbral Sapling can be obtained by breaking an Umbral Heart. A Living Umbral Heart always provides a living sapling, while the chances gradually decrease as the heart begins to fade.

A single sapling grows into one of three small Living Umbral Tree variants.

To grow a larger tree, place four Living Umbral Saplings in a 2×2 square, just like Dark Oak Saplings. They can grow into one of two medium-sized trees or one large spreading tree. Sufficient space must be available around and above the saplings.

The Sunken Village of the Hadal Depths

At the bottom of the Hadal Depths lie the remains of a once-thriving settlement. Its roads connect dwellings, fishermen’s houses, storehouses, a smithy, ruined workshops, a dock, a watchtower, a church, and a central plaza. The village is now flooded, partially destroyed, and inhabited by those who failed to escape the catastrophe.

The Abyssbound

The village is inhabited by the Abyssbound-former villagers whom the water could not fully kill. The Pressure twisted their bodies and bound them to its will.

Both adults and children can be encountered. Their clothing still reflects their former professions, including fishermen, farmers, librarians, cartographers, clerics, smiths, leatherworkers, stonemasons, and many others. However, they are no longer capable of trading.

The Abyssbound walk along the seafloor, can swim when hunting a target, and attack nearby travellers. They naturally appear in the dark waters of the Hadal Depths in small groups of up to three.

There is still a way to save them:

  1. Inflict the Abyssbound with Weakness
  2. Use a Platinum Apple on it
  3. After the transformation is complete, it will become a regular Zombie Villager
  4. The Zombie Villager can then be cured using the usual vanilla method

What Can Be Found in the Village

The loot found inside chests and barrels depends on the building:

  • Dwellings contain books, paper, maps, compasses, bottles, bowls, coins, and Dead Umbral Saplings
  • Fishermen’s houses contain fish, fishing rods, ropes, nautilus shells, and prismarine shards
  • Workshops and the smithy contain copper, iron, chains, mechanical components, Bathyal and Hadal metals, Pressure Seals, and Pressure Regulators
  • The watchtower contains arrows, bows, crossbows, spyglasses, and valuable materials
  • Storehouses contain supplies, Umbral Planks, Silt Fragments, ores, and Abyssal Quartz
  • Church donation barrels contain candles, books, honeycomb, shells, and old tin, bronze, and platinum coins
  • A rare Hadal Upgrade Smithing Template can be discovered in the smithy

Music Disc - Beneath the Last Tide

TheWanderFox - Beneath the Last Tide is a rare music disc dedicated to the sunken village and its lost inhabitants. Its melody sounds like the settlement’s final memory from before the forest and its homes disappeared beneath the water.

The disc cannot be crafted. It can only be discovered inside the Hadal Village:

  • in a watchtower chest - 12% chance
  • in a church donation barrel - 8% chance
  • in a storehouse chest - 1.5% chance

Each successful loot roll produces one music disc.

Hadal Pressure Exosuit

The Bathyal Pressure Suit can only protect its wearer from the first three Pressure stages. Reaching the deepest waters requires its upgraded form-the Hadal Pressure Exosuit.

It has greatly increased durability, provides a full armor bar, and protects the wearer from all five Pressure stages. The entire set must be equipped for its special protection to function.

Hadal Plate

A Hadal Plate is crafted at the Table for Making using two Hadal Ingots and a Netherite Hammer

Hadal Upgrade Smithing Template

This template can rarely be found inside the smithy of a sunken Hadal Village. It can also be crafted at the Table for Making

Upgrading the Pressure Suit

Each piece of the Bathyal Pressure Suit must be upgraded separately at a Smithing Table:

  • Template: Hadal Upgrade
  • Base: corresponding piece of the Bathyal Pressure Suit
  • Addition: Hadal Plate
  • Result: corresponding piece of the Hadal Pressure Exosuit

The helmet, chestplate, leggings, and boots can all be upgraded this way. A complete set requires four smithing templates and four Hadal Plates.

Exosuit Abilities

The complete Hadal Pressure Exosuit:

  • protects the wearer from all five Pressure stages
  • provides a full armor bar
  • has more than twice the durability of the Bathyal Pressure Suit
  • provides ten minutes of underwater breathing
  • automatically consumes Abyssal Quartz from the player’s inventory to recharge its breathing system
  • can be repaired using Hadal Ingots

Individual pieces still provide armor protection, but Pressure resistance and the breathing system only function while the complete set is equipped.

Music Disc - Four Paths Through Silence

TheWanderFox - Four Paths Through Silence is a special music disc made from materials gathered throughout the new biomes. It cannot be found in its completed form. Instead, the player must first craft four separate disc fragments.

Every fragment is crafted at a regular Crafting Table and requires a Twilight Spore Clump. The clump represents the Twilight Mushroom Forest and binds the different parts of the disc together.

Maple Forest Disc Fragment

Required for crafting: Maple Sapling, 2 Maple Leaf Litter, Twilight Spore Clump, Maple Syrup Bottle

Sunken Forest Disc Fragment

Required for crafting: Fossilwood Sapling, 2 Sunken Roots, Twilight Spore Clump, Hanging Sunken Roots

Living Umbral Disc Fragment

Required for crafting: Living Umbral Sapling, 2 Living Umbral Leaves, Twilight Spore Clump, Living Umbral Log

Hadal Depths Disc Fragment

Required for crafting: Hadal Nugget, 2 Abyssal Quartz, Twilight Spore Clump, Abyssal Crystal Shard

Assembling the Music Disc

Once all four fragments have been crafted, they can be combined at a Crafting Table. Required for crafting: Maple Forest Disc Fragment, Sunken Forest Disc Fragment, Living Umbral Disc Fragment, Hadal Depths Disc Fragment, Twilight Spore Clump

New Brass Lighting and Decorations

Brass has not been left behind. It can now be used to craft three new decorative items: the Brass Torch, Brass Lantern, and Brass Chain. Crafting recipes match Vanilla

Copper and Brass Item Oxidation

Oxidation is no longer limited to placed blocks. Copper and brass items can now oxidize as well, including:

  • ingots and nuggets
  • plates and durable wires
  • tools and weapons
  • spears
  • armor and armor bases
  • chains and lanterns
  • several additional components and materials

Items progress through four states:

  1. Unaffected
  2. Exposed
  3. Weathered
  4. Oxidized

Placed brass blocks, chains, and lanterns also gradually change their appearance. Oxidation does not reduce the light level of a Brass Lantern.

Oxidation Speed

Every transition is timed separately:

  • copper items — approximately 25–45 minutes per stage
  • brass items — approximately 45–60 minutes per stage
  • placed brass blocks — approximately 70–100 minutes per stage

Placed copper blocks continue to use the regular vanilla oxidation system.

Items can oxidize:

  • inside the player’s inventory
  • while equipped as armor
  • inside chests, barrels, and other containers

Container contents are checked when the player interacts with the container. When oxidizable materials are stacked, between one and four items may change at a time, so the entire stack does not necessarily oxidize simultaneously.

Oxidation also gradually reduces the durability of copper and brass tools, weapons, and armor.

Waxing Copper Items

Copper is protected using a regular Honeycomb. An item can be waxed at any oxidation stage, preserving its current appearance.

To wax a copper item:

  1. Hold the copper item
  2. Keep a Honeycomb in your inventory
  3. Crouch and use the item on a Table for Making

One Honeycomb will be consumed, and the item will stop oxidizing.

Placed copper blocks can be waxed in the regular vanilla way by using a Honeycomb directly on them.

Zinc-Plating Brass Items

Brass is protected with Molten Zinc instead of wax. Molten Zinc is produced by smelting a Zinc Ingot in a Furnace or Blast Furnace.

To zinc-plate a brass item:

  1. Hold the brass item
  2. Keep Molten Zinc in your inventory
  3. Crouch and use the item on a Table for Making

One unit of Molten Zinc will be consumed. The brass item will preserve its current oxidation stage and stop oxidizing.

Placed brass blocks, chains, and lanterns can be coated directly by using Molten Zinc on them. Crouch when coating doors and trapdoors so they are not opened instead.

Removing Coating and Oxidation

Placed Blocks

Use an axe:

  • the first use removes the wax or zinc coating
  • every following use removes one oxidation stage

A fully oxidized block must therefore be scraped several times to return it to its original state.

Items

  1. Hold the item
  2. Crouch
  3. Use the item on a Grindstone

If the item is waxed or zinc-plated, the protective coating will be removed first. If it is already uncoated, the Grindstone will remove one oxidation stage. Repeat the process until the item reaches the desired state.

 Experimental Graphics Modes

The resource pack now includes an experimental graphics selector. Players can choose between three different modes:

  • Default / Standard Textures - regular textures designed for Minecraft’s standard renderer
  • Vibrant Visuals - custom materials adapted for the enhanced lighting of Vibrant Visuals
  • RTX - separate PBR materials designed for ray tracing on compatible graphics hardware

Vibrant Visuals and RTX give supported blocks surface depth, reflections, metallic properties, emissive details, and varying material roughness. The selector only changes the add-on’s prepared textures and does not replace the textures of the entire game.

To select a mode:

  1. Open the settings of the active resource pack
  2. Select the gear icon
  3. Move the selector to the desired option
  4. Enable the corresponding rendering mode in Minecraft’s Video settings
  5. Re-enter the world if necessary to fully reload the resources

Only one graphics mode can be active at a time. Players using the standard renderer or unsupported hardware should select Default / Standard Textures.

This feature is still experimental. Materials may appear differently across devices, while Vibrant Visuals and RTX availability depends on the game version and supported hardware.
