Obe's Transmutation Alchemy

- Energy Collectors (MK1, MK2, MK3): make 4, 12 or 40 EMC a second in full light for the player who placed them. Output follows the light on their top face; EMC made while you're offline is credited when you join. Tap one to see its output.

- New art: the Transmutation Table is an obsidian table with a gold alchemical circle and a floating violet stone, the Tablet has a matching circle, and the collectors are solar panels on gold pillars with a crystal in their tier's colour. The menus show small 3D icons of the table and collectors.
