UPDATE LOGS VERSION 1.1.0
Added a completely custom UI Admin Panel to control all pranks without typing any commands.
Introduced a dynamic player-targeting system that auto-updates with whoever is currently online.
Added 6 direct player trolls: Phantom Creeper, Butter Fingers, Launchpad, Schizophrenia, Paranoia, and Fake Lava.
Implemented a Global Broadcast system for fake Herobrine and fake Server Wipe chat messages.
Added a smart Dummy Target system so admins can test pranks on named mobs before using them on players.
Created a locked-inventory system for the panel item so admins never accidentally lose their tool.
