Not Enough Teleporters

It has been a long while since this was updated, so I cannot recall any of the changes that have been made. I can promise that the entirety of the Addon's code has been overhauled, along with some textures, and new item/block editions. 

Whether you have used these Pads in the past or have never used them, I tried to give a simple and easy tutorial in the "How to Use the Teleporters" section.
