Nordic Operations 0.3.74 Beta — Detailed weapons & field equipment
What's new
Nordic Operations 0.3.74 Beta
A broader visual finish pass for Minecraft Bedrock, inspired by the Nordic Operations website while keeping the pack's native Minecraft style.
- More detailed weapon receivers, rails, grips, barrels, optics and magazines, with cleaner bevelled silhouettes.
- Refined military signal-pistol styling, the Pistol11 red-dot mounting, launcher tubes, drone rotor housings and field equipment.
- Additional M90 equipment details, clearer backpack presentation, workbench tools, fence hardware and bunker-door materials.
- Existing crafting, weapon-bench attachment combinations, gameplay, aiming, damage and sounds retained.
- Base weapons, ammunition and essential equipment remain visible in Creative; premade attachment variants and legacy cosmetic/debug items remain hidden without removing their recipes or workbench access.
Native Windows Bedrock 26.52 validation covered all 66 firearm configurations: aiming/zoom, real mouse-triggered projectiles, positive hit damage, firing/reload animation dispatch, magazine refill and ammunition consumption. All 57 attachment configurations passed production inventory mounting/detaching integration checks (not 57 individual manual menu selections). Four launcher configurations hit a 25-metre target and spent ammunition; both signal-pistol configurations launched flares. Radio feedback, scanner contact detection, short drone steering/recall checks, standard-player M90/backpack rendering, native backpack packing/unpacking, connected fence corners, the workbench menu, door interaction and representative day/night views were checked. The saved world was reopened after a full client restart. All 49 automated mechanics regressions passed.
Beta limitations: multiplayer synchronization, physical controller input, custom 3D skins, exhaustive lighting coverage and measured client-FPS/stress performance are not certified. This is not a full-release certification or proof of every gameplay scenario. No claim that vanilla Bedrock exactly reproduces the website's studio-render lighting. Sound timing/resources are regression-checked; subjective audio quality is not certified by this pass.
