No Mending & Infinity

## Overview
This add-on automatically detects and removes **Mending** and **Infinity** enchantments from weapons, tools, armor, and enchanted books as soon as they enter a player's inventory. 

Instead of deleting the entire item, it only purges the restricted enchantments (Mending & Infinity) while preserving the item itself and any other safe enchantments (such as Unbreaking or Sharpness). Enchanted books containing Mending or Infinity will have those specific enchantments removed, turning into books without the restricted effects.
